Great experience

The hotel is very clean, nicely updated, and modern. The staff was extremely helpful. I was very impressed with this hotel Great breakfast! Nice pool area! Comfortable room!

The only objective criticism I have is that there weren't enough channel options or movie channels. The remote will not allow you to view movie channels even though it said "press select to view movies." And there is no guide channel, so you are stuck switching to each channel to find something to watch. But that is a minor issue!!

Great Little Gem

I thought the rooms were clean, comfortable & staff was very friendly. The Mexican food looked delicious, had I known they served food there I would not have eaten prior. Also, the website says continental breakfast, but if was a full hot buffet of breakfast served.

The refrigerator was not working properly is my only complaint. I would definitely stay there again.

I would recommend to anyone who’s needing to stay out there for the weekend. I would definitely book again.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Everything was very clean.

Not recommended for business stay..!

Close to restaurants. Nice staff.

Bed and floors aren’t clean. Manager very much useless..! Met the Manager, expressed concern about the cleanliness, soap dispensers were empty, gave him my room number in the morning, came back in the evening. Nothing was done. The same.

The front desk is not helpful at all and very dishonest. I called to let them know that I had left my ring on the bathroom sink. the lady that answered the phone asked for mg phone number and she she would call me back. More than 30 mins passed and I had not received a call. I had to drive back to the hotel, when I told the front desk that I wanted to get my ring from the room. The front desk lady said that the cleaning people had told her that there was no ring. she also stated that she tried contacting back but that was a lie I had no miss calls form the hotel. I asked what number she was calling and she read the number to me. The number was correct so she lied and never called me back. I insisted to let me back into the room and my ring was where I had left it. If I didn’t come back to the hotel my ring would of been gone. All because of the dishonesty of the staff. They should be a shamed.

Noisy. Poor breakfast options. Other than that, it's ok

It's an alright hotel. Staff are nice. Plenty of free parking space.

The rooms have jacuzzis in them, which sounds nice, until your neighbour turns theirs on, and no one in the building can sleep anymore. You can also hear everything that happens in every room. The breakfast is also possibly the worst offering i've ever had in an American hotel.

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, good location

The front desk was wonderful. They were super helpful, sweet and professional. They also had a lot to handle with a Bazaar in the lobby. (They deserve a raise!) The man who attended us for breakfast was equally as sweet. The beds were very comfortable! It got a bit warm/stuffy at night but the air conditioning made it very comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Nice size desk to lay our stuff out (or do work if you need it for business). All in all, will definitely come back again.

Wish the rooms had microwaves. Wish breakfast had more selections like veggies (I saw it was available upon request but just saying) Maybe some more fruit selections (maybe I just came late and it was taken already) Coffee was a bit watered down. But grateful it was there!

it was great for my one night stay

it was organized looked great at night and dimmed lights in the room.

in the bright sunny morning you can see stains on carpet but I refused to investigate for any flaws. shower was great, my sleep n sheets were clean and it did not smell. only other thing.. the air conditioner did not work

No remote control for the TV was available Bathroom was dirty/Filthy Tile No trash liners on the trash cans Three of the dresser drawers were damaged. Could not open two of them. Carpet was filthy TV is to small Shower water pressure was bad, like showering with a squirt gun. I hate showers like these with no water pressure and just a light spray. Also, no lip on the shower stall to keep the water inside. The entire BR floor get soaked. Front desk does not answer the phone, when I called to find out where the TV remote was located?

Umm, it was going good until I seen that roach.

The location and parking was good.

The cleanliness could’ve been better, went out with the family and came back to find a roach crawling on the dresser.

It was really pleasant.

Our stay was really good and the hotel in general as well as the room exceeded my expectations and we are really glad we decided to stay at this hotel.

Way over priced for uncomfortable, filthy, smelly, old MOTEL NOT HOTEL

handicap parking was available & handicap room was right off the lobby

The hotel smells, the minute you enter your hit with the smell. I am in a wheelchair but I had to get out of my wheelchair to get over the threshold of my door into my room. The door into the hotel room was also so heavy it was impossible for someone in a wheelchair to open by themselves! The carpet was ripped and stained, the bathroom was disgusting I wouldn’t even sit on the toilet, good thing I brought my own seat covers! there wasn’t even a place to put the bar of soap after you wash your hands. The bed was so uncomfortable I could literally feel the springs all over my side which only allowed me to sleep for less than four hours.
