Cheapest hotel, if ya don’t mind roaches and murder hobos then it’s great!

Property was near police station and 8 min walk to he convention center.

Room had roach infestation, never seen that before, restroom had black mold, when I entered the toilet had a film of goo in the water that was gross. Los if sketchy people in the hotel and not he safest to walk around especially at night. The subway closes too early and they ran out of bread…

Great Location for business, clean comfy rooms, great staff!

Staff was great, booking was easy. The room was beautiful and clean and modern.

Rooms could be bigger but I still loved my stay

Everything was good. My rooms tv wasn't working and without hesitation I was moved to another room

What I didn't like was the security deposit. I didn't know there was one as it wasn't mentioned when I used booking.com and then when I asked for my deposit I got a.. "um deposit? Did we even take one from u? " I got it back but still don't try to rip people off.

Nothing, it smelled like Cigarettes. So many people in and out of rooms.. yelling and screaming.. not family oriented.. to many tweaker

This is the worst place ever. It smells like cigarettes 🚬.. the reviews are wrong about this place.. please don't do there.. like they say you get what you pay for!!!!

Perfect location, less than ideal circumstances.

It was within walking distance for my needs. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The refrigerator was making terrible noises. The other hotel guests were smoking in the pool area and were loud. I know you can't do anything about the other guests, but it was annoying.

Quiet and clean staff is courteous , the rooms are kept up well.

That I couldn't stay longer. Because it was such a wonderful experience.

Location - wrought-iron bars around the complex. Back alley entrance. First room smell of stale cigarette smoke - they did change my room. Noisy - but did quite down at 11pm. Safety concerns - the desk said they did have a security guard at night - didn't see any security person. The place is a dump.

Superb

Generally very clean and comfortable, and front desk clerk was super friendly.

Just a couple of minor inconveniences: a couple of the dresser drawers wouldn't stay shut, and had to dispose of a tiny cockroach found crawling on the wall.

So bad didn't stay and had to find another hotel

Absolutely nothing

The hotel was like a bombsite. Dirty areas outside rooms, construction going on, pool permanently closed, shabby rooms, cigarette burns on the toilet lid - in a non smoking room, light switch in the bathroom hanging off wall and dangerous, indifferent manager. Would not recommend this place at all, at least until construction work is finished.

worked out perfect for a nights stay after attending the FreYES Fest. walking distance.

simple, clean, great for a inexpensive stay.

the owner/desk guy wasn’t very friendly. rather grumpy. I tried to get him to smile! no luck.

Hotel was ok

The shower and bathroom.

Stains on bedding and sheets, no front desk person when I tried to check in, found a roach in my room, mini fridge wouldn't completely close, towels had stains, wifi was spotty at best, and no continental beeakfast like the website said would be available. Also vending drink machine would not take any change
