Very clean and nice. Shuttle service was cool too! Great view!
3.5
Staff were friendly although they seemed to be frustrated at times with the transition they were going through at the time of our visit.
Room was spacious
Proximity to space needle was handy
The hotel was in the middle of transferring to a different company. We didn't know this when booking and in fact it changed names between when we booked it and when we stayed!! Very confusing
The room appeared tired and in need of updating. A cracked sink in the bathroom as an example with taps showing signs of age. Towels and robes still in previous name of hotel.
Building work taking place at ground level
4.5
Clean room with champagne, superb location above whole foods and near restaurants/coffee shops, friendly staff. Will stay here again.
All was great. It took a bit of time to check in due to new system issue with Booking.com.

Nice location
It’s going under construction so it was a little inconvenient.

The check in desk at the hotel was not very impressive, would be more fitting for a small 2/3 star hotel. We looked for the restaurant and bar and couldn't believe it. The so called restaurant was not much better than a work canteen, hard chairs bright lights etc. The bar was in the same room with seating for three people max. I thought i was booking a four star hotel and after a 10 hour flight we were very disappointed. I think the guy checking us in could feel we were not very happy but we didn't say anything as we had no where else to go. He upgraded our room which was very kind of him. There is a supermarket under the hotel, we ended up buying a pizza from the deli and had it in the room, not what we had planned.
4.5
The bathroom has a wonderful tub with bath salts and a bath shelf. I wanted to linger. Staff are helpful. Super clean.
They could use additional elevators and there is some construction on the entrance.

Wonderful rooms with large bathtubs, fantastic staff, great breakfast buffet with exceptional bacon, one of the best we’ve ever stayed in
A stability bar near the tub could help getting in and out of our baths.
1.5
The room was fine.
We paid full rate for a 4 star hotel going through refurbishment. Very disappointed as there was no bar, room service etc. If I knew this was going to be the case I would have stayed somewhere else in Seattle.
4.5
I was very happy with the accommodations, it was a 20 min walk to everything. Staff were very kind. Tori Criss Helped me check in and spent time assisting me. He went above and beyond! The tub was the highlight of my room.
Curtains in my room needed replacing but I know the tears were due to people pulling them instead of the pulling rod. May consider getting long pulling rods so people stop damaging the curtains. Overall all was excellent!

Coffee/tea/water station always empty

Always a great experience like no other Hotel. Very hospitable, convenient and kind. Beautiful views and super comfortable. We love tubs so this place is amazing.
5.0
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had great complimentary shuttle service three times and the drivers were very knowledgeable about the Seattle area. The hotel was just over a mile to Pike's Marketplace.
Getting into the location was a bit tricky, mostly because of the surrounding street construction.
4.5
Very clean. Comfortable bed.
Too expensive for the level of property.
4.0
The location the space in the hotel
Most staff are really friendly and helpful (especially the Night Shift) while some seems distant and not as attentive as their colleagues. The housekeeping would only replenish daily amenities including slippers when we leave a note.

Room was great - spacious with super comfortable beds and luxe amenities.
Complimentary prosecco in the lobby was a nice touch, and coffee with non dairy milk available in the lobby (it’s the little things)
Staff were friendly with checkin texts pre- and post-arrival to ensure we had all we needed.
Walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants, bars - we even walked to T-Mobile Stadium
Location was okay - a liiiiiiittle off the beaten path in a fairly sleepy area, but that could be a good thing depending on what you’re looking for.
Service in the bar/lounge area was very very slow and knowledge of service staff left a bit to be desired. (Though they were pleasant!)

Pillows and need more usb near bed.

Large room. Very large bathroom with bath & and walk-in shower. Location very good - italian restaurant within 5 mins next to hotel and steps leading down from main entrance had very large supermarket with hot cooked food as an option to dining out. Near to a park and a short walk to the Space Needle.
Cold - heating room proved difficult . Table Power Point for phone/laptop/ coffee machine didn't work, so I had to use sockets under the table.
4.5
Great location. Friendly and helpful staff and the room was lovely. We had breakfast at the South Lake restaurant both days which was also very good.
The area (Westlake / Belltown) has been developed into a very smart neighbourhood where there are plenty of dining options within a short walk.
despite being on the top floor, the room was quite noisy and traffic noise from the street below was quite audible. it wasn’t a major problem but could be fixed with triple glazing making the stay utterly perfect.
4.5
Perfect place to stay in Seattle, great location, all works well, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean, I can recommend this place!

The rooms were very nice. The bathroom was well done.
Surprised that a Pan Pacific hotel had such a small restaurant and bar. Only a few tables to sit at. The soda I had was a small can they charged $5 for. No on tap beer and very little selection. The appetizer I ordered was $18 and was very small. Not what I would expect from Pan Pacific.

stunning, immaculate, friendly, service above and beyond.
not a thing

The view of room is great.
4.0
The hotel has a perfect location close to all the touristic activities (15 to 20 min walking max)
The hotel is very clean, classy and has a spirit!!
The room was very clean and cozy.
The price we payed was worth a room with a king size bed.
The one we had was smaller than a queen size which made the nights quirt not comfortable for a 235$ a night in Seattle.
Also we would have appreciated to have a room with a view on the space needle tower, instead we had a view on the building which is not that bad honestly.
