Disgusting room, dirty sheets, no towel, super sketch place!!!

The room I had smelled heavily of smoke. When I asked the reception for a non smoking room, they answered that they did not have any available, but offered me a partial refund and a fragrant candle. The candle helped with the smell...

Before entering the room, there was a pest control notice in the door. Nothing about this was mentioned at the reception, so it was very discomforting finding out by a notice and not knowing what pest it was about. Upon entering the room it was clear very little cleaning had been done. There were a lot of dog hairs on the floor, black mold in the shower corners, crums and eyelashes under the sheets (who does not replace the sheets, ew!!!), old coffee still in the pot, and no towel. I could have asked for a towel, but the condition of the room was so questionable that I did not even want to use the shower. Additionally, there were holes in the bathroom door, pieces of wall knocked out, and text written on the doorframe. I ended up sleeping in my clothes because I was grossed out and my colleague did not even get in the sheets because of it. This place is sketch! When checking out the next day I was going to mention these things to the receptionist instead of writing this review, but when I rang the bell around 8AM he came out all frazzled, took the candle back, slammed the door in my face and disappeared. All in all; spend the extra 10-20$ and stay somewhere else. Seriously, don't do this to yourself!!!

Check in was easy and staff friendly. Rooms were old and needed updating desperately.

Jefferson Inn false advertising

Location

Our booking included continental breakfast in the price. When we arrived and asked what time the breakfast is we were told that there is no breakfast. The only explanation we got was that breakfasts are not provided due to Covid-19. The big sign outside the inn still advertises continental breakfast included and Booking.com also confirms that. We had to pay the full price and we were not offered any reduction despite the fact that a breakfast was not provided.

I was very disappointed in my room and will never stay there again.

The bed was comfortable. When I called the front desk at 10:30 p.m. about the loud TV in the room next to ours, he came immediately and persisted until he turned it down -- not off until 4:30 a.m.!

It was an adjoining room and I could hear every cough, snort, and other sounds the man made on the other side of the door. Our TV remote didn't work, so no TV for us. They advertised continental breakfast, but there was none. The room needed a complete remodel.

Avoid if possible. Dissapointed this was even listed on Booking.

Room had white carpet “freshener” on carpet, smelled bad. Lots of flies, lamp not working, no lamp shades, plywood on half of the bathroom window. Sketchy people around.

Comfortable and relaxed with good internet access.

Spacious clean room, comfortable bed, good wifi, good parking outside room, nice reception staff. Good Thai restaurant almost on hotel premises.

Carpet is a little old/stained but this was not important.

Checked in, ordered Thai food take-out, watched some news and slept like a baby! All good 👌

Conveniently located with a Thai restaurant right on the property. The room was quiet and had all the amenities - refrigerator, microwave, shampoo etc. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable.

Room was comfortable, clean, and fairly quiet. Receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Facilities are a little old: mended cracks in walls, etc.

For a smaller, older facility, it was quite comfortable and clean. Just passing through or we'd have stayed longer

Quite quaint..... No issues. Kudos to the management for waiting for our arrival. Did not check to see if there was a pool, nor breakfast. We were just in need of some rest after 18 hours of driving.

I have no issues with locals who live on site. However, the room was not cleaned. Carpet dirty and old food in fridge. When I book online I at least expect a clean room.

Free parking directly in front of room, free breakfast, clean room , everything worked in the room and a microwave and refrigerator were included. Also, they had directv and good WiFi which was a nice plus.

we enjoyed the room and it was cool and cozy

the place was close were we had to go and the room was cozy ,the place was clean staff was very nice and helpfull

run down but nice the toilet paper holder was broke and the tiles in bathroom floor and wall were broken I cut my foot on the bottom of the room door.

Next time I’ll pass on this one.

That we had somewhere to rest our head.

The room was creepy, the towels were dirty, the AC unit smelled like it was burning up when we first changed the temp.

I can't say that there was much I liked or anything that I liked about it I barely even got any shampoo I barely even got anything to shower with and I only got one towel

Is that I had about 10 people hanging outside my hotel Room door throughout the whole night when I had to be to work early in the morning I talked with the staff about it but it didn't change anything

I was grateful to get a bed at 2am but this place needs an overhaul.

I like the brick/cement wallS actually. They are fairly noise proof even though it looks like a jail cell.

The room smelled like smoke. The bathroom was filthy, water stains on the ceiling and dirt around the molding, cigarette burns on table, and more. The place altogether was a mess, the ice room was absolutely disgusting. I remember this place being nice at one point; I used to stay there years ago. New owners I suspect. Upon arrival I felt like I was burdening the owners by showing up.

Poor

Upon arrival the room had not been properly cleaned, and resupplied. Bedsheets didn’t fit, bottom sheet came loose as soon as laying down, and tangled up all night. There was a domestic dispute in the parking lot to which the police responded. Lacked fit and finish. The property would benefit from more love and attention to detail.

It was an okay stay. I have stayed in worse and better. I would say it was a fair stay.

The room was nice. The tile in the bathroom was very nice. The cement walls made it a quiet stay. The furnishings were a nice quality. The room was clean.

There was only one washcloth available in the room. The heater was noisy and didn't work correctly. The chairs were uncomfortable. There was only one water glass and one coffee cup available in the room, two bars of soap and one shampoo packet.
