Reception,

Room, Walking floor , Soggy Carpet, Breakfast . Windows were full of dust and A/C unit seems to be uncleaned for years. The washroom were not clean. Bed was having bad smell and couldn't sleep after 6 hrs drive During breakfast , guest brought with them a service dog which was licking all over the tables and food been kept

The location of the hotel. Literally 15 minutes from everything I wanted to see.

Breakfast is the only good thing to talk about this hotel. It’s dirty, and zero clean premises and room. I never expected such bad quality hotel comfort inn hotels

Breakfast was good. But cold!

No hot water for a shower. Room was not clean. Needs updated. Had to go to the front desk for the remote for the TV and more towels.

The staff was wonderful.

There were Cockroaches and spiders.

bed was good

coffee maker did not work, Bathtub did not drain. My wife could not take a shower after me due to the water still in the tub. Toilets seat broken, Hall ways needed vacuuming.

Didn’t get to try breakfast it closed before 10am . When the staff told us it was open 6am-10am. Went down at 730am and it was closed already.

The pool was amazing

The heat kicking on in middle night was little loud.

I did like how apologetic the staff was and helped to accommodate.

We arrived and was given a map of the building. The map did not help that much. the place was like a maze. If you have any handicaps for walking DONT BOOK HERE. Another issue was we dropped off our luggage in the room and left for the evening. We came that night and our room keys weren’t working so we went to the front desk and they were confused that someone had that room key. Apparently our luggage was taken out of the room because our room was never marked as someone staying there. So that’s concerning. We were given back that room and I went to the bathroom. It had not been cleaned so sanitary wise, the room was also not good. I won’t go back but it is one of the cheaper hotels in the area.

there was friendly staff, a great bed and a good breakfast.

Walking down the hall to the room it smelled of weed and cigarettes. called front desk when we arrived at the room to inform them of the odor. the next day was charged $250 for smoking when me nor do the 2 11 year old children smoke. they claimed there were ashes and cigarettes laying around. sink was cracked and had black spots in it. but that was blamed on us. when I called in the girl was very nasty and told me I was lying.

THE POOL AREA NEEDS A LOT OF WORK - CHAIRS WERE DIRTY - NEEDS WALLS PAINTED - CLEANED - ENTIRE SPACE NEEDS UPDATED

Horrible hotel. This place is literally falling apart. I turned the lights out so my granddaughter could take a nap and roaches started crawling up the wall.
