Everything !
Really I can't express how much the whole family loved this place.
The poor hours

Ricky, the front desk staff member was very friendly & welcoming. He was able to let us check in a little early which was greatly appreciated!
The unit that we stayed in needs to be updated. Not in a decorative sense but the cushions on the couch & chairs in the living area were very faded and worn out.

The towels are amazing!!! Very clean. The staff is very nice. The room I first got had an electrical issue. They gave me a fantastic room in the 3rd floor!!!
The sand dunes behind the hotel were an ugly view.

location and view were outstanding!
the water pressure in the bathroom was terrible.

ocean front views were beautiful.
unit was clean and utilized space wisely
the pool closed at 6:00pm!
we love to pool swim in the evening after we’ve enjoyed the beach during the day

Lovely beach
slider door didn't lock; the window in the bedroom had shudders and no shade, so bright light directly outside window was always shining into bedroom; railing was at eye level when you sat down - need higher chairs or a glass railing,; only bathroom light included fan too - which was noisy,

very close to beach and felt safe.
Steps to beach were a little hard for me, as I am older.

The decor of the room was very nice
Two days after we checked out, we were charged for broken lamp that we did not break. They said we left a note that we broke the lamp, but that never happened. They could not provide us with pictures of either the lamp or the note.

comfy bed
more lounges at pool needed

Great location away from the more touristy parts of St.Augustine!
Our condo had a wonderful view of the ocean!
They came in to spray for cockroaches while we were in the room 🤬
That should be done in between guests stays Not During!!!
Perhaps after guests check out & maid service arrives.

Everything! I really cannot wait to go back! However, waking up looking at the sunrise and at the beach is priceless.
NOTHING!

The beach, boardwalk, and pool were great. The bed was comfortable. The view from our balcony was really lovely. The staff members we met were friendly and cheerful. It was nice to have a tv in both the bedroom and in the living room, as I don't enjoy tv but my spouse does, so we were each able to enjoy our preference without annoying the other! It was also nice to have the fridge and microwave.
Very tight quarters. It was difficult to even find a place to open our suitcases, and I'm glad I wasn't planning to try to cook anything in the tiny kitchen area. The shower temp was difficult to get to a comfortable level and to keep there. The bathroom had some water damage.

love the views, beach access
nothing

2nd time we've stayed here for the Georgia/Florida game. Great location and friendly staff. Easy beach access and just minutes from downtown St. Augustine

Unit 203 is awesome! I would recommend asking for it. We did not hear any noises from the unit above. The mood lighting was fun, and a lot of thought has gone into adding cute and interesting beachy decorations, amenities, and labeling them so you don't have to spend much time learning your way around. Comfortable furnishings throughout and a minor issue with the hot water was resolved immediately upon calling the front desk. This place has the comfort of a condo with the service of a front desk, best of both of those worlds. There is clearly active construction underway but we did not hear any work being done over the weekend.
The parking lot is unacceptably dark but the pool is so well lit, it was hard to see any stars. The bathroom is awkwardly small but had a good floorplan for the available space once you squeeze in far enough to close the door, and plenty of room to sit a toiletries bag and change of clothes. If there had been a dustbuster on a wall somewhere, we would have used it. Really, there may have been and we just did not find it, there are a LOT of amenities in unit 203.

The comfort and decor of #203 was awesome.

Amazing view from our balcony. Large room, plenty of space.

The location was great. The resort was located in close proximity to the beach and it was very nice.
Immediately upon walking in, the room seemed like it could use some TLC. It didn't look very modern or updated. The cleanliness was questionable as well. While doing our normal inspection that we do when traveling, we found paint and other supplies up in the closet of the bedroom area that was left by the owners who apparently had been doing some improvements. The size of the room and the general amenities (sleeping area, sitting area, kitchen and balcony area) was good. However, the living room furniture seemed dingy. We also had sugar ants throughout our stay. I found them mainly in the kitchen and bathroom areas but also in the closet. We called the front desk and they assured they would send someone up to check on it but we had to call back twice and eventually go to the front office before they took us seriously. Thank goodness we had a lot of activities outside the room planned so we didn't have to spend much time in the room. But we will not be staying at Beacher's Lodge again.

The view/location was beyond on our expectations. The beach and pool were worth the money spent. We did not experience any loud noises and it was relaxing. Parking was convenient and access to our room was not difficult.
The room needs a major renovation…extremely old and outdated. The main TV volume button is stuck on high. There are very few utensils available for the guest. Although we spent minimal time in the room, it could of been better.

Ocean view coffee pot, bed was comfortable, everything you needed.
We were very satisfied. Had everything you needed, balcony view, fridge, real coffee pot we would go again

The maintenance men worked very hard trying to get our lock fixed. The location is good. The have a big parking lot. We did get a partial refund because of our lock issues.
Unit 419- The tub was rusted and the water did not drain well. The unit was very small even for just two people. The was no room for luggage or beach equipment. The decorations are nice but the unit could use a deep clean. The lock on our door was messed up our entire visit and had to be worked on several times. One night we were locked out of our room and there was no one on the property to let us in and no one answered the emergency number. Luckily after an hour the lock started working again. One out of the two elevators was out of service for most of our trip. I would not stay in this unit again.

Good access to beach. Nice pool
Room was small. Bed very uncomfortable. There was a leak in the ceiling one night. Luckily the constant drip was a foot from the end of the bed. Puddle in floor. Stained couch. Dirty plates in cabinet.

Property has direct access to Crescent beach.

The room was awesome I could live in this room permanently whoever decorated it did an excellent job only thing missing was a dishwasher but that's fine. The location was a little bit away from everything which was nice and the plaza across the street had a pizzeria a bar and grill ice cream parlor and a dog wash and right next door was a gas station so you had everything you needed in case you didn't want to drive and there was a restaurant next door on the other side of the property as well. The beach was very clean and quiet compared to Daytona Beach
That we had to leave
4.1
The view to the beach the convenience being on the beach Great location
The room was way too small for four people could not even hardly get in the bathroom to shut the door or get in the shower it was so small that you had to squeeze yourself between the commode and the shower against the wall to shut the door did not care for mirrors on closet, the sliding glass door leading out to the balcony was so rustic that you had to shove it and keep pushing and pushing it was so hard to open and shut the lighting in the room is really bad. The furniture was so outdated and so uncomfortable the stove was so rusted you open the oven door and you thought it was gonna fall out at you I was afraid to cook on it. I had to go out and buy a new coffee pot because the little coffee pot The coffee pot they give you only goes up to 4 cups and having to make coffee three times I know I am so used to my 12 cup pot. They were supposed to come in and clean my room vacuuming it and change my linens and give me fresh linens every three days none of that ever happened I had to request extra linens and garbage sacks and blankets.

We most liked the view to the beach but accommodations were great as well
We love coming here all the time!!!

Room 203 has the best view ever. So cute & clean. I felt at home. Can’t wait to go back.
4.1
Right on the beach and a short 20 minutes to St. Augustine tourist attractions. It was very clean.
The room was cluttery. I realize this isn’t a traditional hotel but there was too much furniture for such a small space and the bathroom was tiny.
