Emplacement idéal pour voir les Manta: à 5 minutes à pieds du port et depuis la terrasse de l’hôtel en pleine nuit!

Room was o.k size however the beds were on the smaller size of there measurements
The building works being carried out all over the property that have been carried out for over a year it seems and there was no mention of this when the hotel was booked and is STILL not mentioned on your website.
Also there no only one laundry room with only one washing machine which was constantly being using by the building contractors that are also staying on site living in the rooms so we had to wash our clothing off site.

Beautiful location. Comfortable bed. Nice view. Relatively friendly staff.
My $900 per night "suite" was 2 connecting rooms, with a couch substituted for the bed in one. Wasted space, with 2 bathrooms, vanities, and wardrobes. Plastic cups by the sink, and paper coffee cups. After the second day, I went elsewhere for breakfast, because the included breakfast was awful. Scrambled eggs, one meat, rice, potatoes, oatmeal, bread and pastries. Construction noise all day. No laundry service.

Resort itself was centrally located and had a great pool.
I paid over $2,000 and had to eat Cup of Noodles and a Walmart TV dinner because food shut down at 7p.

Service from front desk (Karen to note), poolside and all outlets was excellent. Location right in the waterfront. The hotel is around a 30min drive from the airport, and a short drive from the main village. Size of the rooms are very spacious. The ground were gorgeous, well maintained. We had a Club upgrade, and while only open from breakfast and evening canapés these were pretty good and the staff were brilliant.
The rooms are dated, and the hotel is undergoing a renovation so maybe check on timeline for completion and if you’ll get an unrefurbished or refurbished room. The hot water was challenging, and took ages to warm up and stay warm.

We liked location, service, amenities, staff, convenience, cleanliness, views. The check-in and use of wrist bands is a clever, efficient way to allow access to the amenities.
Would be nice to have an elevator in the Ekuhai wing. Some sauces used on foods could be better. Resort fee could be lower.

6.0
The hotel has a huge amount of potential. It is spacious and great activities available. There are fantastic views and the manta rays are beautiful to watch from the viewing platform. We also enjoyed the crafts fair and morning Yoga on the lawn. The grounds of the hotel are stunning and the grounds employees clearly work hard keeping it in great condition. The staff are also very helpful, understanding and patient. Huge thank you to Michael Parker for listening to my concerns and sorting out any issues. Also thank you to Lana in the bar for excellent service and conversation. Lana is the key to the success of the hotel.
The property is under renovation and the main pool/ slide is closed, along with the pool bar. There is also a large bar and seating area at the Manta Ray viewing platform that isn’t being used which is really disappointing but also a lost opportunity for the hotel. It could be the heart of the hotel and provide the atmosphere required to make the hotel homely. Also, the late afternoon/evening staff member in the hotel shop is incredibly rude which makes you not want to shop in there when this staff member is working. All other staff are wonderful, helpful and friendly.

We are familiar with the property as we have stayed a few other times. We returned because of the location, amenities and natural beauty. The pool areas are outstanding, although the furniture and umbrellas require an update. It was a plus to have the stand up paddle board daily as well as snorkel equipment available for rent right on site. The manta rays are a once in a lifetime experience so to see them nightly cannot be beat. We find it a peaceful and spacious property. Lots to do right where you are. Rooms require updating but were well appointed and beds were comfy. appreciate the built in shower clothesline and outdoor furniture. Friendly staff!
We were informed at check in of the renovation beginning. One of the pools was closed, as well as the pool bar and spa and the restaurant. (The cafe is still open and we were able to order the pool
bar items in there and take with us-but for a surcharge). This information was not on the website so we were disappointed. That being said the staff was lovely and we were treated well including a late checkout to offset our late night flight home. Would also be nice to have parking included with the rate.

Breakfast at the Cafe.
Chairs in the room were uncomfortable. The hotel was a little run-down.

Stunning property in great location.
Food was mediocre

Breakfast was good, room was spacious and clean. Overall pretty good.
I didn't like that when they had a private event on, the manta ray viewing deck was closed to the guests.

enjoy swimming pool
It takes about $20-$25 to get to the main strip of restaurants, the carpet smells old, the facilities are outdated and so big, have to walk a long way from the elevator to the room, room so overpriced. The check in guy works like a machine.

Pools and grounds were beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Historical/cultural tours were very interesting as well as seeing the mangaa rays.
The restaurant was quite pricey. Beds were very comfortable but the bathroom could use an update. Low toilets, very little places to hang towels and the smallest shower head I have ever seen.
8.0
Staff was terrific. Michael at check-in, Bruce at pool & towels, Marie at the restaurant.
Michael worked with us after our booking at another place fell through.
Bruce suggested a manta ray night snorkel that exceeded our expectations. (Eka Canoe Adventures)
Marie was great when we ate at the restaurant counter or did take-away.
We understand that the store is independent but the clerk (Delvin?) was good and a very hard worker.
Another on-property restaurant would be nice. We recognize that staff is stretched but would like another option.

It was beautiful!
The cost of the food was too high.

The staff was very friendly. it is older building, but they are maintaining it well. The food was amazing. The location and manta ray viewing is a must see!

My daughters and I loved the manta ray deck, the pool, and the view. The grounds were great to walk around and the restaurant was better than I expected. Overall, I thought this was a great value and am a little surprised at the negative reviews.
The people working here were a little hit or miss. One of the snorkel kits they rented me was busted. Would've been an easy thing to comp but instead they made excuses about why it wasn't working.

The location was very nice, the pool & outside facilities were great. Staff was very nice.
Our room was terrible. It was clean but outdated.
Curtains were falling down. AC was loud & it either blasted cold air on & off, or we were sweating. The bed was very lumpy & uneven as well as the pillows. The toilet was an industrial flusher!
6.0
The standout was the location - the cliffs and watching the sunset over the ocean was magical. We also saw a huge number of manta rays feeding after dark which was very special! The staff are also lovely.
The hotel really needs refurbishing and a good deep clean. It has a tired, 70s feel to it, and little things like dirty corners and light switches, and paint peeling in the bathtub were a bit off putting.
