Close to the Gem and Mineral Show venues. Internet was extremely fast
Hot water failed. Cockroaches. Room Service dishes and trays left out in the hallway for 2 days. No hallways and stairwells were swrpt in months. Bodily fluids on walls of bathroom and on curtains in the room. Front Desk staff hung up on guest reporting the hot water problem. Overall one of the most disappointing hotels I have stayed at in years

The beds are comfortable, food good, and good location.
We have stayed here before and we were on the first level on the inner side by the pool. The room was nice, clean, and the patio access was awesome. This time we were against the parking lot side on the upper floor. The room seemed ‘thrown’ together, bed was messy like someone laid on top of it. Bathroom had hair in it and was less clean. Over all fine for a quick pass through, but disappointing compared to last stay.

The breakfast was ok. The waffels were great. The bed was comfortable. The TV and channel selection were good.
The breakfast could have included hard boiled eggs, and better selection of yogurts. Didn't like the open hallways because anyone could come in off the street, and we didn't feel 100% secure. The location could also have contributed to our insecurity.

large room. close to pool. great patio lawn for dog exercise.
Locked us out of room 10 minutes before check out time.

Check in/out was easy, room was what we requested.
Due to a special event, the restaurant and bar was not open when we arrived (8pm), which was very discerning because we chose this place for this set up. We were not told ahead of time this could be a possibility. We were traveling across 4 states and this was our only stay overnight; it would be extremely convenient to not have go anywhere to find food after already driving 16 hours.

Decent breakfast. 5 Minute walk to the convention center so super convenient for convention travelers. Right off the freeway but did not notice traffic noise, super close to everything downtown or UofA. Courtyard rooms have a nice patio area to sit at so great during the fall to spring months. Large outdoor area that would be perfect for large business gatherings or parties. Beds and linen were good. The suites were very nice, a good value (I didn't have one but I was able to visit someone who did).
AC unit was loud and could use an update to a more efficient temperature control set up, though the room was cool enough even in the summer so it's ok. Rooms were dated and in need of TLC, chipped paint, tile, old fixtures, nothing major but overall could use a renovation sooner than later. The exterior rooms had an outside area but it was just walled off and not very attractive to use. Terrace cafe was a nice usable area for the buffet events at our convention but it could really use some attention, its just an enclosed Arizona room with no central air or anything of its own.

The breakfast was ok. There wasn't that big of a selection of food. The pool was nice.
The first room we were in had bed bugs and the other rooms we were moved to had cockroaches and the bathrooms were dirty. The tub was also clogged and took a long time to drain.

Great location, spacious clean room with great AC. Staff was super friendly even let me back into my room without issue when I forgot my keycard and got locked out.

Rooms was nice. And the pill and jacuzzi areas were also very nice. It rained but we still used both. I also think the girl at the front desk was awesome. We had a minor issue with the room she put us in at first. But we called her immediately about issue, and within 2 minutes she was at the door and took us to a different room that was great. She really went above and beyond our expectations. Please give her a good ole pat on the back for being great
The AC was a little off. It didn't seem to cool down room.

Great customer service and cleanliness

Room was cleaner than expected given it was a pet room. handy outside fenced area for doggies use. Breakfast was pleasant and with the added salsa, the eggs were delicious.
Just on the outside of downtown due to an intervening freeway but not a major concern.

There were no real good qualities at this hotel
Despite calling the day of our reservation to confirm we were on the way we arrived and they had given our room away. Then put us in a “non smoking” room that remakes of smoke. The room we ended up in was large but The air conditioner was detached from the wall.and bugs on the bathroom floor
