Great location close to the Convention Center, clean, spacious rooms.

The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit was the perfect size for our family. The pool offered a full bar and the location was great.

The pool was terribly overcrowded the last day the last day we were thereEvery chair was taken, waited in line for a drink, the pool was packed with people (but no line for the bathroom 🤔) it felt like an overcrowded Spring Break destination.

Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again

Townhouse was very spacious. Close to OCCC. Pool was a good size.

Needed a little upkeep - little things didn’t work or were in need of repair - like blinds, overhead fan, some burnt out bulbs, sliding glass door. Things just seemed a bit dated and well worn.

great room, pool was good but only opened at 9am bar at pool was excellent and great bartenders front desk was pleasent and accommodating ! having Publix next door super great and very dog friendly

the beds in the main bedroom was the worst hardest bed I have ever slept in. my back and neck are a mess becaus of it. there were only three luggage trolleys which people would hide in their room so we had to haul all of our groceries and luggage up and down. they either need more of them or put a sign up insisting on people use them and put them back immediately ( may or may not help) but at least peole might think about others !

Superb

A few issues with the room but over all it was great. We got ther B4 check in but they let us enjoy the pool while the room was getting ready. We were treated with smiles and open arms Really enjoyed Adams zest while tending bar we will recommend it to friends and family

The size of the room

The water pressure was awful 😖... the TVs in 2 of the bedrooms wouldn't work...I called for maintenance and they never came. There were little ants in the kitchen... had to go to store for spray!

Exceptional stay excellent for a family or group of friends.

Excellent location for Disney World and Universal Studios. Large clean accommodation. Well equipped and felt like home away from home. You are left alone which is good.

Condo door locked us out the minute after our check out time making our bags inaccessible. maintenance had to come and unlock the door which was frustrating.

Terrible service. The day before I left the hotel I've requested late check out for 4pm, and nobody answered my message. At the check out (4pm) they charged me 1 full day rate. Very bad service.

Quiet, spacious and relaxing stay.

The view of the lake. How spacious the apartment was.

Great value and very nice area.

Close to all the theme parks. The room was large with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Large kitchen with all the dishes you needed. Brought us an ice maker after one day when the one in the refrigerator was not working.

The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work. The on site repairman tried to fix it but they had to order parts. We were told to buy ice and they would reimburse us. The dryer took forever to dry any towels or clothes. Wish we could have set the AC a little cooler.

Very good

Location was very close to Universal with easy access. Grocery and restaurants close by. Gated access (although we witnessed cars piggybacking without entering the gate code).

Unit needed some refurbishment. We travel with a dog, so I expect a pet friendly unit to have a stain or two, but our carpets were well past their prime. Kitchen utensils were lacking IMO; No pasta pot or baking sheet. Some light bulbs were out in the unit.

The room was not cleaned good at all. Very disappointed. I Think I should have received some kind of refund. I found food and dirt In the sofa. Under the sofa. So much dirt and dust under the beds. Spider webs between bed and wall . Spider weds in the lamp. Baby spinders on the night stand. . Not a good look at all. I was recommended to stay. I am not sure if I would..I was offered to have the room cleaned on Wednesday.i was leaving on Thursday made no sense. Thank you Tammy Mozell

Comfortable. Plenty of parking. Had a Walgreens in the same plaza for last minute purchases.

Very large and comfortable suite for me and my family. Everything was quite clean.

The only thing I would have liked it a complimentary box of facial tissues for the bathrooms.

I'm very disappointed

The apartment was spacious.

There was a bag of dirty smelly clothes left on the kitchen table. The suite bathroom was clogged. There was garbage under the bed. The living room TV did not work. And I requested a crib for my 3 month old baby and it was not in our apartment.

friendly staff at checkin. clean. nice Amentiries.

The air intermittently worked while we were there. we would leave and it be working and return back to unit and it would be 77 degrees in the room.
