We liked the comfort and the cleanliness
The rudeness of the female staff employees
3.3
Comfy beds, nice amenities, friendly staff, good breakfast with numerous selections available.
Noise from other guests was extremely loud and lasted all night. The bathrooms have sliding doors that thump loudly if you're not careful, and that noise plus the talking in neighboring rooms and hallways carries a lot. Bring earplugs and it'd be great

Location was great, it fit our needs
It was what I expected

The staff were friendly, parking is free and free breakfast
Noisy, we couldn't sleep because people were walking talking, laughing in the hallway at the middle of the night, and we heard someone was running beside our window at 2:30 am in the parking lot.
3.3
Staff was extremely polite and helpful
Needs a bit of updating but not much else

They let me check in late and were very understanding about that. The room was very cozy, and the breakfast was pretty nice.
There was a faint smell of cigarettes in the room and especially in the elevator. There were weed remnants on the coffee and tea tray.

Location, location, location! Convenient, close to places we wanted to be- ballpark, Dequinder Cut Greenway, access to Rte 75. Free parking. Friendly staff. Good options for breakfast. Comfortable and adequate.
Would have liked more whole grain options with breakfast.

Staff was frie day and helpful. Thry had a free shuttle with an amazing drive named rich. They had a mini bar in lobby. Beds were comfy.
The whole place smelled like Marijuana, from the lobby to our room all night long. There was trash In our bathroom garbage can when we got there and a qtip on the floor. The hall leading to our room was strewn with trash which seemed to have fallen off trash on the maid cart, complete with a toilet brush holder. It wasn't picked up for hours, the maid just left it. Some was left all night. Our room over looked an abandoned building and trash strewn parking lot. Not worth what they charged.

the shuttle to the game
it wasn’t as nice as it had been in previous years. the room next to us was very loud and it smelled like pot and cigarettes

It was just one night. Everything was fabulous and the shuttle service was wonderful!!
3.3
The rooms were disgusting. Our room had something that resembled spaghetti sauce splattered on the ceiling, carpet & lampshade. There were about 15 large dried spit balls stuck to our room walls in various places. The mattresses were covered in horrible stains.
This was the most disgustingly dirty room I have ever slept in, especially considering the fact it cost $200 per night.
3.3
It was a ok hotel especially for the area.
Had roaches
Smelled like smoke/weed
Receptionist wouldn't get off her phone to attend people. She was mad the people checking out were taking her away from her phone. Just rude.

Staff was helpful
The pictures on the internet did not much 5 of the rooms that I was shown, covers& furniture was outdated The square footage of a room that was not the same as the Internet & furniture in the room didn’t match none of the internet

rooms were very comfortable
the hallway smelled like marajuana

The staff was really nice but the room I thought I bought on booking. Com has a jacuzzi tub and now then a brick building view out the window. Our room was picked randomly bc for some reason our booked room was not ready. I don't know why exactly.
The view, the left overs from a prostitute prior staying in our room. My teenagers saw a used condom wrapper and stockings.... It was so nasty. The fact that the lions didn't win the game didn't help. Batteries were dead in remote. It was very basic and almost ghetto.
