Hotel has a fancy shell, but bedroom needs updating for better comfort.

Very nice desk staff. Room was spacious. Loved the magnifier mirror in the bathroom. Plenty of plugs conveniently placed.

Mattress was comfortable but bedding was not. Super heavy comforter that we kicked off, leaving us a bit too cool. AC system was so loud that we turned it off entirely. Lighting around the bedside tables and headboard were awkward. One - had to find the switch, and was too bright at night, the other was pin point bulbs facing down on sleeper. Drain flies in the bathroom.

Very good hotel

There was some machine noise in our room which the engineer could not fixe,so they immediately moved us to new room, much better. Staff was excellent

Quit comfortable stay

clean rooms, comfortable. 30 minutes far from boston downtown.

Dont have any room service. i had to go to lobby every time I needed water/anything. They talk about a robot delivery system, which didn’t do any delivery for me for some reason.

The beds were so comfortable! The room was spacious and very clean.

I felt the food at the restaurant and drinks at the bar were overpriced. The buffet breakfast was fair, and definitely not worth $25! I am glad my reservation included breakfast.

Close to colleges and near highway

Very outdated, breakfast was pretty bad, pillows too firm, sink didn’t drain, stains all over the wall paper

A great place to stay —and great value—in suburban Boston!

We liked the very comfortable room and amenities as well as the swimming pool and workout facilities. Friendly staff and good restaurant as well.

Very poor communication and service. Will go elsewhere.

Comfortable room and bed. Decent location near offices and businesses, though pretty isolated. Robot delivery of items to the room is fun.

Poor communication and no service. Completely unresponsive, even up to the general manager. Loud heat system makes it difficult to sleep. Lobby and bar area are freezing.

The place is in a good location. About 30 minutes from Boston. There is a robot which can deliver the necessities to the room.

The hotel bar was extremely expensive and I felt over priced. I would return to stay but would go to a nearby restaurant or bar instead of going to the hotel bar.

Rude unattentive staff and bloated costs, average to below average amenities.

Excellent location and looked nice

Beds were way too soft, felt really old. Front desk staff and bar staff were very rude and unfriendly, cost for food and drink was outrageous, no one answer my noise complaint about the couple in the room next to us having loud sex between 11:00pm and 2:00am. Cost for room not worth what was provided.

Wonderful hotel!

Wonderful hotel. Staff was amazing! Restaurant was very nice. We loved that they had a dedicated floor where no pets are allowed. We have allergies to pets and it was so nice knowing that no dogs or cats had been in the room. It was very quiet for being a large hotel.

Never again.

The staff were pleasant.

The walls were paper thin. If someone opened their door it was very loud. The ac was loud. The refrigerator was loud. Had to call down to the front desk at 12:30 pm to ask if they could do something about the loud drunk people next door. It was a screaming kid the night before. Got between 5 to 6 hours of sleep each night.

There was a beatle or bug on my sheets. Had wings so not bed bug. I crushed it and left for housekeeping. No restaurants open after 10:00. $15 for parking seemed crazy for Waltham

Overall a most unsatisfactory experience.

I paid for breakfast when booking through booking.com however the guy at the desk insisted that he could not see any reference to breakfast being included in the rate I paid. For this reason, I found myself having breakfast outside in the office. Overall a most unsatisfactory experience.

It was fine but as a long time Westin enthusiast, I think you're losing it fast.

Westin used to be a quasi-luxury hotel. I don't feel this is the case anymore. Clean and comfortable, to be sure, which is the most important attribute, but the satellite TV service is horrible, the channel selection is pathetic, you downgraded the soap, the front desk literally did not answer the phone all morning on day of arrival after pressing the appropriate option, and where is the fruit-infused water in the lobby? Never mind, you don't have the staff to pull that off.
