This is a great hotel if you are on a budget.

Location was good. Hotel and rooms very clean and spacious.

Beds are hard.

Hard beds and hard rules

Nice and close to my event

Warnings everywhere about extra charges for dirty towels or towels with makeup on them, or dirty utensils in the suite facilities. Beds were harder than a rock. No breakfast. Pool was still drained and closed. But it smelled like a pool. They charge as much you'd expect for a hotel with a pool and breakfast.

The bed could have been a little softer. I felt I was sleeping on a board.

The staff provided excellent service, helped with changes and special accommodations without skipping a beat!

The pool was closed BUT we wouldn't have been able to use it it were open.

Spacious, Clean & Comfortable

The room was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. Having a well priced hotel room with a kitchen, a seating area and a fireplace is a big bonus! The woman, Rebecca I think, who helped us both check in and out was friendly and helpful.

The curtains could have blocked out a bit more light.

The room was big, clean, despite some staining on the floor. Staff was friendly

Additional cost to my quote. No longer breakfast offering Key cards did not work so we were unable to enter the building after 10.

Incredibly disappointing.

It was clean and spacious

Staff was short, inconsiderate and unwilling to cooperate. We were mislead to believe there was a pool as it was listed as amenities but upon arrival the pool was empty. I guess we didn’t read all 10 points of the fine print that said the pool wasn’t open. The signs coming into town also said rooms starting at 89 but we were told all the signs were all covered and no longer that price. My husband pointed the sign out again on our way out. Wont be back!

Great price and location.

Perfect location for events at the Calnash arena, great value, clean, love having the kitchenettes.

Parking can be tricky when everyone there drives a big truck! Larger spots/lot would be nice. The kids really miss the pool. Beds aren’t great.

Superb

Location was perfect! Very close to the rodeo grounds. Was able to check in before 3 which was very nice. Was put in a room close to the exit which was nice with my geriatric pet. No breakfast was a down fall but coffee was in the room and a fast food restaurant steps away. Beds were rather hard but it was fine for one night.

Nothing. The beds where like sleeping on a concrete floor Rooms didn’t get cleaned. Never had clean towels or enough towels Very very disappointed in the stuff. Would not recommend this place to anybody
