Would stay again, if passing through.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast and coffee was quite good. Plenty of places to get food in the immediate vicinity. Ac worked well and was quite.

Wasn't a big fan of the area. Had a run in with a local junkie, while getting food at night (was off hotel property). Things didnt get out of hand, but glad my wife or kids weren't alone.

Disappointing

The receptionist was very friendly and attentive. The bathroom towels were very soft.

The bathroom toilet was not clean. The furniture in the room needs to be replaced.

Passable

Both the room door and bathroom door didn't open or close smoothly, they would stick and need attention. The breakfast was a joke compared to other hotels I have stayed at.

The worst motel I have ever been to.

Cheap and terrible. No hard boiled eggs out.

Three rooms were dirty not carpeted. Toilets weren’t scrubbed. The front end person had to do it. Will never stay there again!

Disapppointing

The breakfast staff and food was good.

There were dirty socks in my bathroom when I got to my room. When I opened the door to the room I was hit with the fragrant smell of smoke. Someone has smoke in my room repeatedly, after two days the odor was still powerful. The front desk workers were not friendly nor helpful.

One of the towels that was there was already dirty. The fire alarm went off and I couldn't sleep after that.

This aging motel offers good value to the no-frills traveler.

The property is clean, simple, and it’s located right by the entrance to the interstate. It’s conveniently situated right on the Main Street that leads into downtown Galesburg. The staff are courteous and professional.

It’s a little dated physically, as there are bits of rust, wear, and tear throughout the room, but it’s not off-putting enough to affect the comfort level.

I cannot find the words to explain just how much I felt at home. I was an extended stay guest, so naturally, you get to

everything! The building inside and out is clean. My room was beautiful and well taken care of. They have a fitness room and a pool, laundry facilities, everything you need for a comfortable stay.! the continental breakfast is great! You can make your own waffles. They have breakfast sandwiches and muffins and fruit, juice, milk, coffee. Their breakfast room is very nice and very clean. You can sit comfortably at a table and watch TV while you eat. It’s just a very lovely place inside and out. Oh, and they are pet friendly! With an awesome huge yard on the side of the property for you to walk and play with your dogs. 🐕🐩🦮 cleaning up after your pet is very important not only to the staff, but two guests as well! I am grateful and thankful to every pet owner that has visited the Baymont inn and suites, who have cleaned up behind their pets. The side yard is beautiful because of that.! I encourage everyone with a pet to do their part. Thank you Baymont for the best experience of my life.! ❤️❤️❤️

what I didn’t like about the property was the fact that I couldn’t stay there longer! :-)

We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed our stay. We will be back!!!! Staff is amazing!!!

Staff used some language, but not overboard, but could have used other words besides curse words.

Clean, Friendly comfortable

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff

Housekeeping. We accidentally spilled coffee on the bed. It was in clear view when HK came into the room. They didn't change the sheets. We came in pretty late and had to go to the desk to get sheets. Then change them ourselves. A person should not have to make a special request to HK for something so blatantly obvious. Not a fan of the shower heads but good ones are really hard to find in inns. No guide or menu on TV. You have to flip through them all.
