I would definitely stay here again if I’m in Deer Park again.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was large and the kitchen was surprisingly large as well. There was a bit of construction happening but it did not affect my stay and I heard little to no noise.

There was a roach that ended up in my third floor room before I had the chance to cook. The pool was 24 hours but wasn’t cleaned regularly.

AC had a hard time cooling. I had to keep it on 65 for it to cool the room to not sweat while sleeping.

The hotel was in a good location to all of our commitments, we were very rested & would stay again.

The staff were all very professional and friendly. They were very helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy.

I missed having a breakfast, at least a continental breakfast. Our room was advertised as having two queen sized beds and the beds seemed to be more of a double/full size not queen.

Convenient, comfortable and as good as home away from home

Comfy beds...great toiletries...good size room...and love the kitchenette with everything we need to prepare and serve meals... Location is near family which is a plus

Wish there was a hot tub... This is our second stay..booked same type of room... disappointed there wasn't a recliner to relax and watch tv....

Great location needs upgrade

It is in a great location, close to the highway if traveling.

The toilet was overflowing and they didn't have anyone to fix it. They used towels to clean up. DidNt offer another room

Stayed 3 nights, very comfortable, will be back and recommending to others.

Great location for my activities. Really liked the kitchenette , that was also set up with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. The recliner available to watch tv was a nice touch. The J R Watson toiletries were excellent. There was also a good selection of items in the hotel store. The manager was very nice and accommodating.

I had to have my door card reset a couple times. Was advised to keep it away from my phone. Access to hotel from the south a little tricky. Options were u-turn in a busy intersection or right turn and go down a block and u-turn in crossover and come back.

horrible 5 people had to fit on two full beds when we paid for two queen beds.

I didn't like the fact that we paid for two queen beds and a pull out sofa. When we arrived we got 2 full bed and a small recliner.
