My room was dirty it took over an gout to be checked in

Genuinely friendly staff, very well appointed and comfortable room, clean, free laundry facilities, dog friendly, great location.
Could use better lighting in the main room. Some cabinet doors were a bit loose. An oven would be more useful than a dishwasher.

Staff was very helpful.
No complaints

no breakfast. I cooked in my room.
can't think of everything. The location is very ordinary - not exciting. But I chose it because of its proximity to St. Peter Hospital. The only downside is that it doesn't feel safe to walk to/from the hospital after dark due to a lot of homelessness and drug use on the pathways between the hotel and the hospital.

I always love this hotel and that's why I keep coming back. Spacious room, the housekeepers do very well cleaning, and staff is always kind. Pillows are actually nice instead of cheap or flat like most hotels, and bed is comfy as well. I overall love everything about this hotel.
My sink in the bathroom was taking a long time to drain, and I almost flooded it out by accident while washing my face since my eyes were closed...
Usually there are two trashes in the kitchen, but there was only one so I had to set it out for housekeepers to change. They did not replace the towels for me that I set outside also, but that's fine I suppose.
Toilet plug wouldn't seal when you flush, so the toilet wouldn't fill up with water so the next person could flush. We had to keep pulling the back of the toilet off to fix it... Gross... But I hate complaining to them because they are so nice...
Overall the stay was nice, and I will 100% be back in future.

Felt like a mini apartment studio. Much more relaxing than a normal hotel room
There was nothing to not like!

1) Lighting i downstairs near the elevator was poor.
2) The main door was always looked at night, and I couldn’t used my room key, but you have to call someone at the front t desk.
3) Didn’t get the customer service, which you expect from a hotel.

. The staff. They were knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and kind.
The unit. Had everything I needed for working long days: full size fridge was so convenient; the recliner, it was so wonderful to put my feet up; the teapot..used every day. Then there was the perfect desk/table/counter top, and assortment of bed pillows.
The location. Super easy on and off to I-5. Close to great selection of restaurants, banks and grocery store.
The bathroom was odd. I loved the counter space, but the counter was too large for the square footage of the bathroom. The door did not open all the way because it hit the counter mid way and the toilet was so close to the counter I had to remove the toilet paper from the holder to use it. Also, I had to run the shower for 5 minutes or longer before hot water was available. All doable, but .....

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean.
The beds were rock hard. Probably the hardest we’ve ever slept on.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property

The beds were comfortable. The room was nice and liked the kitchenette. Seemed to be clean. Staff was very informative and helpful.
Even though pets are aloud. With all the attention to COVID it would have been cleaner not to allow pets even without COVID. Too much highway noise!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! If you are looking for a longer term stay, this is the ideal place. I was especially happy with the way they handled safety during the pandemic. All staff wore masks, the room and areas were very clean, and they had a grab-and-go breakfast bag option in the morning. The service was exceptional, the staff did their best to accommodate our requests and keep things in stock during our week long stay. The location is also really great, you can walk to many restaurants and grocery stores
Walls and floors are very thin, probably wooden structure so soundproofing is not the greatest. We didn't mind that they allow pets, but some people might be annoyed with the occasional barking sounds.

We were surprised on how clean and comfortable the room was. We will definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.
That we could only stay one night. The soccer tournament ended the next day.
