Worst hotel we have ever stayed in!! AVOID IT !

Before we arrived to the hotel, we were reading an reviews and started to be kinda skeptical about the cleanliness of the room and hotel itself. Some of the previous reviews mentioned cockroaches and ants aťttheir room. Checkin: It was OK, a young lady at the reception was very friendly and accomodated us quite fast. Room: Absolute disaster, old furniture, dirty carpet everywhere, chewing gums under the matress, water in the shower is brown (Absolutely dusgusting, not even be able to take a shower after a long day). Separate story are the ANTS in the bathroom, which seems like they have an highway through your bathroom and making races. Hotel: Odor in the corridors. Summary: If you love yourself and your money, I recommend to AVOID this hotel at any cost! Absolutely waste of your money and HEALTH HAZZARD.

In general, it’s a nice stay.

The room is a good size, it’s clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

There is neither a lift nor rump for the suit case, which is not convenient. It’s difficult for the elderly lifting up the cases for steps.

Ist das der neue Hilton Standard?

Die Reteptionistin beim Check-Out. Das war die einzige Mitarbeiterin die sich wirklich den Themen der Kunden angenommen hat

Wir wurden komplett falsch eingecheckt. Der Komplex ist sehr weitläufig und uns wurde der falsche Weg erklärt. Wir mussten mitsamt Gepäck Treppen rauf und runter. Ein Fahrstuhl ist nicht verfügbar. Hätten wir den richtigen Weg erklärt bekommen, hätte es nur ein Drittel der Zeit gekostet. Uns wurde erst vergessen die Frühstücksvoucher auszustellen, dann am 2ten Tag gab es zuerst nur Voucher für 3 von 5 Leuten und uns wurde das Frühstück im Rechnung gestellt. Wir hatten Top-floor reserviert und wurde auch per mail bestätigt. Am Ankunftstag war angeblich nichts mehr verfügbar.. Der Kühlschrank ließ sich nicht richtig schließen. Unsere Zimmertür wurde wohl schon ma versuchtl aufzubrechen. Der Schließmechanismus hat gar nicht mwer richtig geschlossen. Auch waren unsere Zimmer zur Straße ausgerichtet und dementsprechend sehr LAUT. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 3 Personen reserviert, hatten aber nur Handtücher für 2.Der Pool war total trüb. Auch die Ersattpumpe am Pool half nich viel. Das Frühstück an sich war gut, aber es gibt nur einen Becher Kaffee oder ein Glas O-Saft. WEITERE waren kostenpflichtig. Auch konnte nur eines der 5 Gerichte gewählt werden, weitere oder extra toppings wie Brot oder Schinken war kostenpflichtig.

Hotel étape lors d'un Road Trip

Hôtel très correct pour une étape lors d'un road trip. Chambre spacieuse & lit confortable.

La piscine était en maintenance ce qui n'a pas été précisé lors de la réservation. Dommage par de si forte chaleur. Nous avons eu en compensation (et pcq nous l'avons demandé) le droit de profiter de la piscine du holiday express inn qui était à l'intérieur et pas très accueillante..... pas assez de serviettes pour le nombre d'occupants.

Miscommunication and service issues

The room was big and spacious with comfortable beds.

Booking.com listed the check-in time as 11 PM, so we rushed (from Death Valley NP), only to find that check-in was available through the night. On arrival, there was no staff at the front desk and we had to wait to check-in. The bathroom was decently sized, but the bathtub drain stopper was not working. We made multiple attempts to call the reception, but it was of no use. This left us with no choice but to walk all the way back to the reception, which was quite far from our room. But, the maintenance staff came quickly after the request and he was a gentleman! It was a special occasion for us, but this Hilton stay was a bad memory. Definitely not worth the money!

War für uns erholsam.

Das Zimmer war wirklich angenehm groß und sauber. ( Zimmer mit 2 queenside Betten) poollandschaft gepflegt und zum relaxen gut geeignet.

Beim Check in wurden wir nicht über den Ablauf des Frühstücks hingewiesen. (Voucher notwendig) Kellner beim Frühstück servieren unterschiedlich, manchmal gab es Wasser umsonst , dann wieder nicht. Einmal gab es eine Kaffee Kanne zum nachfüllen , einmal wieder nur eine Tasse. Ist von Tisch zu Tisch unterschiedlich gewesen.

A low level highway motel with barely functioning windows

The beds were comfy

They gave us a room next to the highway, I could hardly sleep with the noise from the highway, which was extremely loud. Will never go back again.

Great stay for the family

Hotel was really nice. Super clean, the pool area was nice with a little gazebo area. My kids loved it. I loved it. All in all would def stay again.

I arrived at the train station I called for help to get to your facility an was told no help avail.

overall I thought every thing was good. I thought the tv channels were just avg.

dinner food selection could have been better, more meat items. but it was very well prepared.

Dobry hotel w którym zatrzymaliśmy sie w drodze do Death Valley. Świetny na jedną/dwie noce.

Wygodne łóżka i bardzo przestronny pokój. Świetny zewnętrzny basen z piekną scenarią i podgrzewanym jacuzzi.

Good hotel to break up a long drive

A good place to stay to break up a long drive. Our room was huge and comfortable. Plenty of parking available, easily accessible from the freeway. Good steak house across the street. Nice big pool.

Would be nicer if the pool was heated. Plug for bathtub didn’t work so could only use shower

Worth the price, clean, good location

Very large property, room was clean, nice sized TV, facing the freeway side but highway noise was not noticeable. Bryan(?) front desk employee was super helpful and check-in and back to back reservation transaction was easy and seamless.

Windows need cleaning, just some overall maintenance needed to the common areas outside the lobby. Slightly older property so lack of elevator nearby was annoying but understandable and not really an issue. Noticed some pretty large graffiti on what I am assuming is a loading dock door.

Excellent stopover, would stay again if was ever in town

Everything! Stayed here on the long drive through from Vegas to Yosemite so location was perfect for us. We just needed somewhere comfortable and clean to stay for the night at short notice. Food at the bar was very good for dinner, room was huge, nice toiletries, smart tv so could watch our Netflix, excellent hotel gym and really great staff

A hotel suitable for a restful stay during the journey.

The hotel is located in a very good location, close to the highway, supermarket, and numerous restaurants. There are plenty of EV charging stations, microwave services, and disposable utensils available at the lobby.

The hotel has too few staff, which makes the check-in process quite slow.

Updated property and nice interior. Everything was relatively clean. Breakfast was good!

Not sleeping much because of freeway noise and dirty pool…ugh.

The bed was comfortable and a nice shower. A big pool and space to lay out.

The noise from the freeway. No vending machines on the floors. The pool was dirty! And no net poles around to clean it. It was bad. All day on a hot day!! The was in the showers can be hotter too.

Fix the sliding glass doors to sound proof and clean the pool 2-3 times a day. It’s a nice pool, but I was gross.

The location to wedding we were attending in town. The lobby is very comfortable and cool look. The housekeepers were friendly and helpful. How roomy the room was and having a balcony for fresh air.

Ugh okay…, the pool was dirty. bugs, spiders and just stuff floating around. Nothing with a net around the pool to clean it out. Made it not inviting. I had messaged the property thru bookings and not once did I get a response. 😒 That was the first hotel experience thru bookings that I had a negative stay with. The rooms facing freeway are LOUD! They need to soend money and make all the sliding glass doors on that freeway side, soundproof. You hear motorcycles and cars racing ALL night!!! Each floor has ice machines, but signs that say beverages as well. I walked all 4 floors looking for a vending machine and they didn’t have one out. Take the signs down! 🙄 I get down to the lobby and the snacks and drinks are sold with card only! no cash! It was just frustrating. Bathrub stopper went down and we couldn’t get it back up, so it filled with the shower water. Clean the pool 2-3 daily and fix those sliding glass doors so guests can sleep. $230 for one night in Bakersfield, was not worth the stay at this hotel. Spyglass is next door, I wouldn’t recommend that either. Comfort Inn is right across the street, less noise, but don’t know about the hotel itself. Food and gas station in walking/across street distance. The hotel was quiet with the guests. I never saw security on the premises. That would of been nice to see.

Hilton jest znaną siecią hoteli jednak ze standardem Hiltona ten obiekt nie miał za wiele wspólnego. Po zameldowaniu się i pierwszym wejściu do pokoju naszym oczom w korytarzu ukazał się żywy karaluch! Dlatego tez żadnych rzecz nie wypakowalośmy z walizek a walizki na noc zostały pozamykane żeby czasem nie wrócić z wakacji z jakimś karaluchem :/ pajęczyny w drzwiach na taras; za tarasem wywalona zawartość worka z odkurzacza…
