Despite recent remodel, the old girl is showing her age.

The people were great. Good bar.

Had a suite for 6 nights. WiFi out for 2 days, Very small bathroom in our suite where 2 people could hardly stand. Toiletries storage small shelf inadequate. The heat didn't work, reported many times, unit replaced and broke again, more work, broke again and finally the repair people stopped coming. Breakfast room service was not processed. Buffet breakfast for $16 has "up charge" for coffee or juice. Minibar empty.

i would not stay there again

beautiful facility but horrible service . room had no refrigerator or microwave. Also no towels, coffee or cups in the room. WE HAD TO ASK FOR EVERYTHING.

it was okay

front desk gentlemen was very pleasant outside the hotel looks awesome but rooms are a different story

Convenient, nice common areas, good breakfast, less than stellar room (noise)

The digital amenities worked well and breakfast was delicious.

This was our third or fourth stay at the Campbell House. We keep coming back for the beautiful common areas and the hospitality. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet our expectations based on prior experience. Our king room was small, the furniture was scuffed, and the room looked generally dingy, including some kind of stain in the bathtub. We were woken up multiple times by traffic, helicopters, and general outside noise, during the night. Least important but a convenience that is welcome, would be to put smart TVs in all rooms, so that guests can access streaming services. Room 2003

Beautiful building and lovely outdoor space to sit.

Location - One side near a beautiful golf course and neighborhood other next to a hospital. We heard lots of sirens and air care helicopter noise. Enjoyed restaurant and live music! We received complimentary anniversary flowers and dessert!

Bathroom small and tub had lots of bad spots on it. Lighting could be better in room. No fridge or microwave. Hallway carpets a bit stained.

Bar and lobby were nice

My messages on booking.com were not responded to. There were 2 bars of soap on the bath and sink that were unwrapped. No shampoo or conditioner. Had to go to the lobby to get all new soaps. Poor drainage in shower. Hairs in shower. Outlets didn’t work.

A great solo experience with friendly staff and a comforting, homey room to come back to.

The location in Lexington was perfect to get downtown or off to the highway to visit another part of the state. I loved the look and feel of the hotel.

It’s a little easy to get lost in the hallways! Even with a map I got turned around a few times.

Will not stay here again

The evening staff lady was very helpful and polite. The lobby was pretty.

Rooms need updates, maintenance, paint. Shower did not work/sink small and no where to put toiletries. Blind on window would not close. Not enough bright lights in parking lot/ security overlot. Priced very high for quality.

a beautiful hotel with nice rooms and a great restaurant

sometimes it can be a bit of a maze to find your room and there are no elevators but it wasn’t a major problem for us
