Really enjoyable stay - would look forward to returning.

Very good breakfast. Lovely cheerful and helpful staff. Good value for money.

Lighting in bathroom super but not so good in bedroom. As we slept together my husband had to hop out of bed to turn off the standard lamp in the corner of the room when he had finished reading. I was fine as the double lamp - for both beds was on my side.

We really enjoyed our stay, room was comfortable and the breakfast was tasty!

good breakfast, room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was very nice

the pool area was dirty-clumps of hair everywhere, a few pieces of small garbage at the bottom of the pool, water was kind of cloudy

The property was very clean, well lit, food was good, the pictures definitely made the pool look was bigger than it was but we still had a lot of fun. April helped us check in and she was beyond friendly and super helpful!

The bathroom shower was very nice. Nice improvement. Small refrigerator was a decent one. Kuerig machine was a good option. Comfy bed.

Make it Right

There was used Shampoo and Conditioner Bottles in the bathroom that wasn't changed. The light switch was broken. There were lots of Live Bugs in the pool area (because of that we actually took our kids to a different hotel to swim with family). And our ice bucket was full of previous guests garbage. When concerns were brought up, they never offered to correct, ie change rooms, compensation, something. When telling the lady at checkout, nothing was done to make it right. For what the stay cost us, we are highly dissatisfied. We spoke to someone the first night we were there, and the second Night. All they said was sorry, we'll pass the message along.

Bathroom floors were sticky and filthy a bug on the bed dirty toilet old facilities I am mediately told the staff I wasn’t going to stay there this hotel did not meet my standards and left I never stayed there and I want either booking.com to refund my money or the hotel I checked in and checked out

Overall nice stay

The staff were great. The room was clean and good sized. The hotel is located near many stores and restaurants so there were many choices for meals. Breakfast was good too.

The beds were not comfortable and the pool was ice cold. The hot tub had dead bugs floating in it and dirt and sand in it.
