Ate in Airport. Excellent for Delta travelers. Very easy for boarding passes and destination passes. Lounge/ meals a little expensive.

Nothing.
Everything. Our entire trip and interactions even were horrible. Same with customer service afterwards

Very comfortable beds, clean rooms and the location is extremely convenient for long layover
The bathroom was kind of strange, no ventilation, the bathtub faucet in a very strange location that if it is turned on, water will leak all over the floors

Love the location and easy access thru tsa and the airport terminal
The restaurant could improve, food was just okay.

We were placed in a disability access room. I made the reservations 5 weeks ago….we’re not disabled. I’m 5’9” and my husband is 6’4” and everything was counter height. No one mentioned or asked on check in. We also were next to elevator so noisy all night

From international landing into hotel in less than an hour

The principal advantage is the location inside DTW airport, although a bit of a walk from the gates. However, the quality of the rooms and amenities met my expectations. If possible, book early because rooms go fast.
The price was a little high, but one is paying for the convenience of being at the airport, not miles away from it like other "airport hotels" in the area. I would certainly stay there again, notwithstanding the price.

Check in was a bit rocky but the rest of the stay was great.

This hotel is connected to the Detroit airport. Excellent location when your flight gets delayed or cancelled. Plus it is a Marriott property, so you can expect nice accommodations and treatment. We checked in at 2 am and were met with an efficient, pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Proximity to Delta was ideal but too far of a walk to check in ( for an elderly disabled person) and get to our room.
My ( my 93 yr old) mother and I arrived at about 8 pm. We were there to relax and get a good nights sleep before an early morning flight the TV was broken and we had a repair man in our room for 2 to 3 hours doing everything possible including bringing a different TV in to fix the problem, he was the nicest guy in the world, and totally dedicated to fixing the problem which he was unable to do.
the purpose of our trip, getting a good nights sleep with the boarded, and I was very aggravated and then couldn’t sleep at all. It also kept my mother up to have a stranger in our room that we were appreciative of his manners, expertise, and desire to help us.
I asked for a reduction in our bill and was only accommodated slightly without any real apparent concern for how disrupted our stay was.

Breakfast was good and priced right.

The room was nice. There were many things to see like the planes from my window, the restaurants and artwork from my level on the 8th floor, the pool and gym, and the smell of the whole building was amazing.
I liked everything.

The hotel is in the terminal. You can check out and go directly to TSA.
Shower head was clogged with mold/dirt. Customer service was terrible. My credit card was charged twice. Nobody at the hotel has been able to help and nobody with Mariott has been willing to help. Would not stay here again.

I did not stay at the property I canceled within 5 minutes of booking because of a change in my flight, I reached out to the Westin but never heard back. I was charged $300 even after reaching out immediately after cancellation. I am very disappointed I use booking.com all the time and now I’m not so sure if I will continue to use. The Westin should have at least had the courtesy to get back to me.

Nothing much. Fairly expensive

A nice hotel near the airport and very convenient for transit.
The wifi in the room is not free. I guess for big business travelers are fine but not for educators.
