The lady who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
My only complaint was that when I checked out, I asked for a business receipt so I could give it to our accountant. Instead, I was given a "receipt" that showed only the price of the room without taxes included or any additional information. I didn't realize this until after I'd left the property.

The bathroom size was GREAT! Just the extra space made so much difference. There were 6 of us in 2 rooms. We used all 4 beds. All of us slept awful! New beds are in order for sure.
The beds were awful. I think I woke up 4 times. It made for an absolutely exhausting day. We used all four beds in the two rooms we rented and all of us had a difficult night.

The property was nice until they are charging my card for unnecessary money no one was smoking in my room and u charge me a smoking fee ! I recommend no one to stay here !
The rude staff I was hung up on multiple times by the manager!

The location was great for our family needs. They were under renovations. But still nice.

The location is easy to find and access from the interstate. Lots of food choices close by. The room itself was a good size and had plenty of space for 3 adults and 1 toddler. They had actual Dove soap, lotion, body wash and shampoo/condition for use in the room!
Nothing I didn’t really like. With renovations going on the directional sizes weren’t always available so the first time going through the halls to the room were a little confusing. However didn’t hear any noise from the renovation during our stay.

The bath tub was very old looking an tile was falling off I paid 189 for the room for the tub it nis in need of a face lift and remolding. Not very inviting

We were charged more than 300 per night for a Holiday Inn Express property. We were there for two nights. Despite the fact that we were out all day, we returned to a room that had not been cleaned. Beds were still unmade and fresh towels were not supplied. For $300 per night, I expect a minimum of service.

Hot coffee wasn't available in evening, coffee was cold and evening clerk couldn't change decanter they were too heavy.

One receptionist was very nice and extremely helpful. I truly apologize that I don’t remember her name… (It was NOT Irena).
