Great, can’t wait for our next trip

Everything about this stay was great. Love that we were on the first floor, made everything easier. The beds were super comfortable, the room was clean.

I wish we had a better outcome

The location is the best part. We always stay at this location. Glad the pool was finally available for use.

Out of all the years that we’ve stayed here, this visit was by far the worst. We were put on the 3rd the whole hallways smelled of weed making it worse it came into our room with the cracks from the door not even leveled properly. The microwave hadn’t been cleaned in months and smelled disgusting, the refrigerator was frozen so that didn’t keep our drinks cool, I tried to get it to defrost but that caused it to leak to much water. The ac didn’t work properly, the restroom door wasn’t leveled on correctly causing the door not to close right. Clearly the housekeeping is not doing their job correctly when they leave behind hairs all over the shower, tube , toilet and floor. Missing towels and employees having an attitude when asking for more towels, especially when they know they pool is open.

Uncomfortable, sleepless….gave me the heebi jeebies.

The location

It was not very clean, old, the beds were mushy and warped and worn out. Yuck. I woke up in the middle of the night and there was a spider on me.

Very good

Our room was clean and spacious and the front counter guy was polite and made sure we were clear on check out time and breakfast time!

The lobby was dirty and smelled bad. Not many options of breakfast like other hotels and once again the bad smell of the lobby did not make it comfortable to eat there. I was looking forward to a swim but the pool was close.

The staff made my stay very accommodating after booking.com didn't say there pool was not in service.

This place has a lot of potential if it’s managed correctly.

close location

the card reader doesn’t work half the time, can’t use the card reader to open side door patio area, front doors are always unlocked, and the doors across to go out the back the card reader won’t open up.

Parking lot filthy a sore sight, very misleading ad for the price!

Very bad experience, first room loud noise coming from AC, moved to a different room. There was no water pressure and the breakfast was a joke!!!

The breakfast was nothing!!!

Disappointing

I guess the location was okay, and they had clean rooms. Well at least the one we stayed in.

Pool wasn't open when there were pool hours everywhere, Elevator had ceiling falling down I guess they were fixing it, Said they had breakfast and they didnt.

That the building across the parking lot was walking distance to the wedding we came to.

There breakfast was only coffee, toast and packages of oat meal, There pool was shut down and green. They had signs saying they where not responsible of any belongings being stolen in our rooms or outside the parking lot.
