Incredible experience here and we have already talked about making it the place we go every year for the Fourth of July!

Location was excellent, facilities were kept very clean, and the entire staff seemed genuinely nice! It wasn’t a fake nice. The view for the fireworks was spectacular!!!!

Parking garage was a little tight on spaces. A few cars were double parked. Presumably to avoid getting damaged. So that could use some extra attention.

The rooms need new furniture. The bed in the bedroom closest to the door was broken. We had to call maintenance to come and fix it so my son could sleep.

Superb

The rooms were amazing and clean. The balcony view was awesome.

There needs to be more designated smoking areas and there should be some kind of seating in those areas. Smokers pay the same prices as everyone else and don't get accommodating areas to smoke in.

Overall, it was an enjoyable trip. Not necessarily sure we would choose this place again.

Location was great. Room was plenty spacious.

Room was not very clean, empty juice boxes laying around and hair balls all over the floor, make up left on pillow cases:/ Overall, staff was friendly but one staff member at the pool was very harassing about checking every five minutes for your bracelet and of course it wouldn’t fit my two year old. Parking is always available but you do have to cross the street to get to the hotel tower one. Hallways also reeked of marijuana.

Location was good

Not many handicap parking couldnt use the pool cause we didn't have pool bands they didn't have any available.. no maid service the whole stay had to beg for towles . This was a trip for my mom her last wishes she has brain cancer an is dieing she wanted to stay at the beach with her 3 sisters one last time ... we had 3 elderly an new born baby so parking across the road was hard ... rude staff ... wont go back there a wasn't of money

they were doing some work to the property around the pool area and the shower that you use to remove sand had stopped working maybe due to the construction for the pool area

I will definitely stay again. It was great

I love the 2 bedroom apartment. It’s was great. Everyone had their own bathroom. The master bedroom had a huge bathroom with a large tub and ocean view.

Breakfast should have been included for the price I paid

The room was beautiful with an amazing view. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My only complaint was the pools and hot tub areas. They need some updating and repair work. The hot tubs were non-functional for the entire trip which was disappointing. But otherwise the Prince resort gets thumbs up from our family.

The room was very nice and roomy with a great view, but could have been cleaner and had better pools

Location was great, the room had a great view and was very spacious. Had appliances in room. The restaurant was amazing! Friendly staff at both the hotel and restaurant.

Room was not clean! There was mold in the master bathroom in the shower and in the washer. The counter had egg yoke and other stuff on it as if it did not get wiped off at all. The floor was dirty. There was no shower curtain in the one bathroom. The TV in one room didn't change channels tried every remote not that we used it much but at night it's nice to have. There was a hole in the master bedroom wall and the coffee table in the living room was broke I noticed with didn't really bother me but I wouldn't want to get charged for something that was already like that. The master bedroom one door was messed up also and wouldn't lock. Hot tub jets didn't work.

BRING CASH!

Place was clean.

When I booked in, they wanted $250.00 CASH security deposit....for reasons I still do not understand. They told me anyone whom books a room and lives in Brunswick county, NC. Mandatory deposit. I have great credit, was dressed nice, running late due to work, never have stayed at his hotel prior. I'm still baffled!
