Great value - free paddle boards, kayaks and bicycles right on the water with a little beach and a small pier. Plenty of sheltered seating areas which was great as it was hot as heck. We used the washing machine with free soap pods - a nice touch as we were travelling around. Alexis was brilliant - extremely helpful and fun to deal with - thanks to all for a great few nights.

excellent grounds and lovely clean room. staff were pleasant.
We were in the Boat house, which is next to the Adjoining admin office. whilst it was nice and clean, there were no windows. we stayed for 3 nights and it felt very claustrophobic. it was a bit like staying in an inside cabin on a cruise. it was lovely and quiet though. I wish there was a better description of this room on the booking site.

Loved the apartment, the location and the surroundings. Everything about this place was fantastic.

This was in a perfect location with a beautiful ocean view from our room. The room was very clean. we liked that the kitchen was stocked with household plates, silverware and glasses with a dishwasher to clean up what you use. The staff was so friendly. Mimi stayed late to assist us with our check in questions. The housekeeping lady (didn’t catch her name) was also very friendly.

This was a lovely place adjacent to US 1. The place had everything that one may wish on a vacation and everything was included in the booked price such as parking, rental of kayaks, bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas. The resort had a lovely private beach, and we could see sunsets from the beach as well as from our apartment. The sunsets were spectacular. Although not much in appearance from outside, the place was furnished well, and it felt more like a home than a hotel room or resort. Cleaning service was provided daily. We very much enjoyed 4 days that we spent there and we explored nearby state parks. We also took a snorkeling tour which was very good. All in all, great and very comfortable stay in Key Largo.
Unfortunately, because Key Largo is a narrow strip of land, when on the beach, the traffic on US 1 was pronounced. Also when sitting outside there was always noise from nearby window units of air conditioners. The beaches on Keys are grassy, so the water, although clean, often appeared murky.

The fact that it was an adult only small quiet spot.
Our room smelt of mildew and had a dehumidifier in room. the beach was so small- pictures made it look much bigger .

this property is in a “run down”condition. described as a “boutique” hotel is simply not true. exceptional ratings not true either! I don’t even know where to begin. grounds are unkept and appeared unsafe ~ pier etc! room was stark and uninviting. rust on anything metal/thrift store furnishing-lampshade falling off/broken/no light switch/extension cord usage/tiny bathroom/no counter/no toiletries offered/soap in dispenser was watered down/had unpleasant walk through the neighboring property garbage area to use a pool that was not welcoming/EVERYTHING unkept! mold and mildew odor in unit was definitely unhealthy. should have pAid ME to stay ~ was NOT inexpensive either. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!
location to restaurants/activities

Quaint, small, and private. Relaxed tropical feel.
Room was good but not great. Lots of wasted space in the bathroom.

Location on the water with Amoray Die Resort next door. Amoray is a PADI 5 STAR RESORT so excellent staff, boat captain, dive masters and instructors right next door!!

The bed ws comfy. Having access to silverware and wine glasses ws appreciated. Our first night coincided with the annual christmas boat parade and firework show. An unforgettable stroke of lucky timing.
It would be nice if both sides of the bed had a night stand with a place to plug in electronic devices.

Nothing. I was awful. Nothing good about this property and would never tell anyone to stay here. ants and bugs all over the place. The place smelled moldy and disgusting.
The place was very very dirty. Sheets and towels were disgusting. Nothing good to say about this place. No one should ever stay at this place. Contacted the hotel and staff was rude, and did nothing to clean the room or get us new towels. I would stay as far away from here as possible.
3.5
Keurig coffee and coffee system were very nice. Sitting areas outside were relaxing. Staff was very helpful but sometimes could not be reached.
Water pressure was not good. Black mold on bathroom window.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable

The place is uncomfortable, the sheets smell at Clorox , the bed every time that I change position cracks like it was about to felt apart , the people in the room on top did to much noise that I have to leave the hotel after all at 11 pm ( I checked in a few minutes to 5 pm )
Ah I forgot that I asked for the refund but the answer of course was noooo!
Almost 250$ for a shame of hotel , without no amenities and dirty short beach with no access to the water ….

the location and property and staff were perfect. really laidback and secluded and just beautiful. if you are looking for a slice of uncrowded paradise this is 100% the place, value for money was very good. We stayed in 10 different hotels from NYC down to Largo, and this offered best value for money. The beach is small but me and my partner had it all to ourselves for like 3 days, there is hardly any rooms here, so what more could you ask for? Mimi on the front desk was such a great host, and you can use the pool next door at Amoray- who were also a brilliant dive/ snorkel company.
There really wasn’t anything I could complain about, if you really wanted to try and pick fault- the bathroom is not grand in size, but it’s more than functional and clean, they also cleaned and changed our towels without asking on the second day.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary washer and dryer was a good perk. Convenient location to Pennekamp State Park. I appreciate the staff accommodating us with an early check-in since it was our only night in Key Largo.
Pictures and description on website are misleading. The room we stayed in was very small and attached to the office. Bed was not comfortable. Not really much room to access the "beach" area. Marina was very noisy during our stay. I'm sorry, but it was not worth the price we paid.
4.0
spacious clean and tidy room
complimentary drinks/laundry/paddle boards etc on site
very nice staff
just off the road, not a very cozy location
a little pricy for the location

Staff, cleanliness, and location.
Private Beach was more like a 100’ radius. Small bathroom, and could hear through walls.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Very relaxing and clean. Great staff and great location.

The small beach was secluded and private and we loved using the paddle boards provided. The wildlife was amazing and very friendly.
There was no bar at the hotel and no shops nearby to purchase snacks and soft drinks. There was a food truck next door but they had no vegetarian options. Also our room wasn’t cleaned for the 3 days we were there so we had no clean towels.
2.0
It was ok inside.
The photographs on the website were misleading. It is very close to a noisy busy road, dark and poorly ventilated. Located a long way from facilities and you really need a car to get to somewhere to eat. It was overpriced for what it turned out to be. >AUD$400 per night really didn’t represent a fair price or value.
4.5
Great staff! Wonderful location to watch sunset.
