I absolutely loved how kind and helpful the clerk was upon check in and check out. Clean rooms with an amazing view! Saw dolphins from our room. The jet ski rental was also a blast the dude running that show was super cool.
I am not really sure maybe the condition of the stairs?

Really great position with clean bright rooms. Tiki bar was great and so much to watch with the coming and going of boats.

Property is clean and great location right on the ocean. They have there own bar and restaurant on a beach. Staff was very nice and even found a way to get us a second night stay here, we will be back again.
Nothing not to like about this place

Nothing, everything was great

Would’ve liked to have seen fresh fruit, some jelly or jam for the toast.

We had an amazing time at this authentic Florida Keys hotel! Our room by the water let us watch dolphins right from our patio. Live music and delicious island spice food made everything perfect. It felt like a dream! Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful rooms. Impeccibly clean. Live music at waterfront tiki bar. We were able to rent jet skis on the lovely beach. Good food and drinks, especially the pina coladas. Breakfast had a good variety. Spectacular sunsets. Highly recommend this hidden gem!
Loved everything!

If you look beyond motel vibe, the beach and dock areas were very attractive and it’s lovely to be by the water. Breakfast included was nice. Staff were all lovely.
Location is very cut off and you must have a car, esp as restaurant was shut in evening. When we checked in, our room was dirty and had a half completed TV installation. The next morning we got up early to head off to Key West at just after 7. Then our key card didn’t work and no one was at reception. It was 8:15 before anyone came and helped us after the lovely lady doing breakfast called for help. Apparently he was onsite just doing something else!
This is maybe unreasonable but room was also very very noisy with wind seeming to create a lot of noise on the roof.

The room was very nicely updated. The bed was very comfortable.
The beach area was very small, way too close to the docks.

Excellent location but due to a storm the day we arrived the car park and bar were flooded the 2 days we were there which obviously spoiled our visit through no fault of the resorts
Lovely property

Sehr schöne Anlage mit modernen gut eingerichteten Zimmer. Grosse Dusche.

Overall a good stay for a night or 2. Room was very clean and the bar/restaurant at the back of the property was awesome. Although we didn’t get in it, the pool looked nice and clean.
Kind of on the expensive side for what you’re getting. I also was not happy when I went to get breakfast at 9:30am and when I went back to the room to use the bathroom before hitting the road, housekeeping had already started the cleaning process even though I had not checked out yet.

Great location and Manatee’s were up by the dock at night!
No issues for us with the property.

Parking for guests: there are several spots close to check-in with orange cones. Park in these if you’re a guest (it doesn’t specifically say that’s what they’re for). Quiet, nice room, deck chairs, free breakfast.
We didn’t have any issues, but many people were playing loud music from their rooms and smoking cigars in front of their room. Our room blocked out most of the noise and smell of smoke, and everyone went inside and quieted down after dark. This didn’t bother us, but it might bother some.

Beautiful and Clean. love that they have a restaurant and a place to rent Jet skis and Kayaks on the property. nice safe lagoon to swim in.
It is a little bit far from everything else. however I still loved it.

Tiki bar/ restaurant was large and had some great tables on the water; roped off swimming area was very small but enough for our kids to play in. Plentiful free breakfast.
Restaurant staff was largely friendly but the hotel admin staff was not - they acted like they did not want us to be there. Restaurant food was mediocre at best and very expensive. Rooms were very small, no hooks for wet bathing suits, no shelf in the bathroom so I had to keep my toiletry bag on the ground while getting ready, almost nowhere to store or organize anything in the room. Lots of random rules - lovely tiki bar seating area closed down early in the evening so nowhere for adults to sit and visit after kids went to bed in the rooms. No outside food or drink allowed anywhere near restaurant or beach - we got in trouble for Starbucks cups at 9 am. Pool towels have to be checked out from the office and they are counted carefully and checked back in. The office was often empty which made the whole process a hassle. Overall our stay was ok, it felt too expensive for what the "resort" offered and we won't be back.

This place is so great! The rooms are small but super comfy with soft towels and lots of very comfortable pillows. There are several huge tiki bars, a small private beach, and a large restaurant with live music. The restaurant /bars look over the west side of the water for stunning sunset views. The fist floor rooms feature decks /docks for fishing. The breakfast is decent ! (Very similar to most Hilton or Marriott offerings). Muffins, bagels, scrambled eggs, bacon & sausage, coffee/tea
All in a very pretty, bright room adjacent to the main office that looks out over the marina. Friendly staff and very efficient.
? We love it here. No problems.

the rooms were small but clean and quiet. the bed was very comfortable. the Tiki bar and Restaurant were very good. The Continental Breakfast was very good. staff was very friendly.
The tiny beach that seems to be open to the public. no lounge chairs to sit and enjoy.
8.0
the view is amazing and the room is very clean and comfortable but kinda small space for 2 imagine for 4 people family. good place to go a little time vacay.
the beach area is way too small and hard to enjoy because it stays more for the kids and have some white powered in the water that made me didn’t want to go in, not a enjoy the beach area. The restaurant they have near is good but some food for us was not well served and I needed to return it, my sandwich came only plain bread and fish in it! and at night they had blackout in the system. Food could be way better for the price and place.
