Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Wir haben hier die ersten drei Tage unserer USA-Rundreise verbracht. Die Lage und das Frühstück waren klasse für erste Erkundungen von L.A.! Hervorzuheben ist auch das überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück. Wir mussten einen Defekt im Zimmer melden und man hat sich sofort darum gekümmert. Mit dem Parkplatz hatten wir ein sicheres Gefühl.

Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer war nicht der Hit und die Klimaanlage war sehr laut. Der Pool war wirklich sehr klein (aber wir hatten ohnehin keine Zeit dafür).

Had a comfortable stay enjoyed the breakfast and staff was very helpful and friendly

Clean, comfortable, great breakfast and location.

Pool area is small and not many outlets and most of the outlets in the room didn’t work

Breakfast was excellent with spacious areas to eat. Room was clean with plenty of charging ports. I liked being next to a grocery store and Starbucks & chain restaurants

Nice hotel, clean, friendly, convenient, friendly staff and nice breakfast

Spacious, comfortable room, clean, good location for Universal and into downtown LA, very convenient grocery store opposite. Breakfast plenty and good, breakfast staff always present, cleaning up and making sure all is stocked up.Quite, felt safe. All staff very friendly, helpful and smiling. We had a great stay and would defo recommend.

The only thing I need to criticise is the use of plastic cups and cutlery in the breakfast room

The staff was amazing. They were super accommodating when it came to the room, early check-in. Breakfast was good and appreciated that it was open later in the day.

Great location for Universal and Hollywood Boulevard . Pool and parking great . Clean. Helpful staff

Helpful man on desk . Big room . Parking . Great location for Universal and Hollywood Boulevard - cheap Uber to both if you were tired of driving . Great little pool to use up until 8 pm . Kids loved waffle maker breakfast .beds made even though we did not request it . Supermarket opposite handy .

Noisy air conditioning and although room was clean - it smelt very musty and stale .

Unimpressive.

Location was convenient for us.

Fire alarm went off twice for no reason. Parking was very limited and oddly configured. Pool was in the entryway to the parking garage. A roach was in our bathroom. The towels were scratchy.

Scenics spot near by this hotel

The location is close universal studios Hollywood, and good TV.breakfast is good.

I didn't like the shower room the shower room doesn't have handle place your clothes.and the faucet can't move when you take the shower.The parking lot is small then have to paid $20 a night.

Pleasant

Friendly staff. Good location and good breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage or bacon, yogurt, toast, bagels, granola, juice, milk, coffee.

Beds were not very comfortable. Keys to get into rooms did not work.

initially checking in, the employee was nice and helpful. when I called to ask about changing rooms, I was asked to come back to the front desk. when I was there, it wasn’t any mention of sorry for an inconvenience, etc. just here are your new room keys.

first room we had smelled like mold from the air conditioning, fridge didn’t work, and neither did two of the lamps that had usb ports for charging a device. After 4 things happening, I asked to change rooms. Our second room was better and adequate, however the top extra security/flip lock did not work, so made me a bit worried. when checking out the morning employee was also fairly rude as if I was bothering him to check out. would not plan to stay there again.

Superb

The hotel is in a good position. We had two rooms and one of it was very close to the elevator so it was a bit noisy. Breakfast was good with good choice of food.

At our arrival, they charged me $ 10 per night per room for service fee. This was not mentioned on the my booking reservation nor on the hotel website. The employee at the lobby told me that the fee was inducted a few weeks earlier by his manager. Upon our check out, I insisted that it was not mentioned anywhere and that it was therefore unfair to charge for it. So I was refunded.

Superb

I liked that the beds were always made when I got back and the bathrooms were clean. The kids enjoyed breakfast there. They were able to make rescheduling super easy for me as well.

I just didn't really like that I could hear other guests who were staying above us. The first night they made quite a bit of noise.
