Wonderful stay

I love the location for it being in San Francisco, I know it can be difficult due to location, and this one was the perfect location for my stay. excellent customer service at the front desk and my room was amazing. Thank you.

because of booking on Booking.com, the man at the front desk let me know that it is not guaranteed a balcony as Booking.com states, they are working on this issue so keep that in mind.

Very comfortable hotel and welcoming staff

Excellent stay to recover after a long flight. Free shuttle from and to the airport a bonus.

No restaurant at the hotel but there were some nearby

The room rate includes breakfast, but the breakfast alone is not worth the money.

The room is clean and the location is good. It is very close to the airport. However, the surrounding restaurants are far away.

The hotel's breakfast is really bad. Bread, canned drinks, no hot food. The waiter can help you heat it up in the microwave. So next time I won't book a room with breakfast.

Very poor service from the staff

Location and airport shuttle. Keith was the only good front desk staff.

Unfriendly Front desk staff, Dio. Morning front desk staff didn't relay request for room clean up to housekeeping. No clean towels. Had to ask the front desk for new towels. Lacking in customer service.

Comfortable stay located 15 minutes away from the city

Beds are super comfortable and water view room was very nice. Room also included a microwave and refrigerator. Location is pretty good as you are a 15 minute drive from most attractions. The early check in and late check out were huge perks as well.

Parking is $12 a night. The water pressure in the shower was very low and the bath products provided were not very good. Also the area is not walkable and you need a car or alternate mode of transportation if you decide to stay here.

All the staff at the Hotel were exceptional. Great location if visiting businesses in the area.

Not so good location for visiting downtown SF. Also food facilities in the Hotel and surrounding areas poor.

I like the appliances, furniture and heater. parking very well monitored

The additional bed was in very bad shape , very uncomfortable, and with no sheets and blankets , I had to go get a few , the food in the restaurant pricy based on the quality of the food , the coffee was super strong and bitter.

Clean room. Friendly check-in staff. Quiet upstairs in spite of the remodel below.

Upon leaving the maids directed us away from the working elevator, which I used 5 minutes earlier, to one that was used only by the construction/remodel crew and required us and our 2 very elderly family members to take a much longer and more difficult path out. The construction crew did their best to help us. We finally made it out just in time to get our 93 year old uncle his medication. Very tiring, stressful and unnecessary. I am following up why my credit card was charged significantly more than we were quoted via booking.com. Hard to find room because of lack of signage.

The room was excellent. The location was great. The breakfast was terrible.

The room was newly-renovated and very clean and comfortable. The location is great.

Had problems with no hot water in the bathroom. The breakfast was terrible. We could only choose a muffin and a bad cup of coffee. They were out of cereals and other breakfast options which was very disappointing. It was also annoying that we had to pay for parking.

Comfortable, relaxing.

The property was under some renovations around the building, but our room was basically new, it went under renovations but it was a comfortable stay, especially the beds .

Just overall, the fact they had some construction stuff around the property, which made it look messy. But that’s it.

Fun

Being next to the waterfront makes for a beautiful backyard. Took long walks in the evening. Very comfy, clean.

It was ok. Not the greatest but okay.

The bed was super comfy. TV in room are huge.

No pool avail without notice til we arrived and find out ourselves. We’re not informed at check in. No free coffee or water like others hotels offer other than what’s in your room. Not only that coffee dispenser don’t fit the coffee makers.

we've opted for included breakfast option which in the end it turned out to be one muffin & a bottle of water, anything else (omelette or ). In the end we've had our breakfast in the city. very disappointed in the first day there was nobody available to serve us the "breakfast" again ... to hand us over a water and a muffin 0/10

Spacious clean rooms, well maintained property. Reception staff was wonderful especially Mr Roumel who went an extra hand to accommodate in upgraded accommodation after our room's water supply was disrupted due to some renovation work downstairs. Housekeeping staff did excellent cleaning everyday. Location is very near to San Francisco airport and has good facilities available nearby. Waterfront view is excellent.

Breakfast is very simple just coffee or juice and a bakery item in a packed box. After 10AM nothing is available to eat in the property. A large scale renovation is in progress with noise and disruption although they have tried to control everything well

I appreciated the free airport shuttle.

The bed and pillows were a little soft for my comfort. The room was newly renovated so the bed head gave off that new wood, carpentry smell.

Clean floors and furniture would be have made it a more pleasant stay. Staff was Great!

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Friendly and provided information when asked. room was nice and roomy.

The floor was dirty in the hallways leading up to the elevator. The rooms have spots on the floor all throughout the room. and stained, the couch was dingy and worn in with a slope in the middle.

Our room was upgraded to a bigger room , It has it own restaurant , security camaras around the parking lot, friendly staff

Cleaning not very well , missing hand soap , no complementary bottle water , the restaurant no chef available , food not so good and pricy.
