Perfect for an airport layover

On airport hotel which was perfect for a one night lay over. Hotel is right at the main Terminal security area. So in the morning it was a 5minute walk.

Pretty good for a hotel at an airport. Nothing to really complain about it. Decor is a little dated and I wouldn't stay here for a holiday, but for a short layover it was ideal.

Everything was great.

The housekeepers are so friendly, sweet and very accommodating & the maintenance guy showed up quickly when we needed help with the AC. Superb service!

Ladies at front desk are not very welcoming that’s it.

Very large comfy bed....excellent location

Breakfast was great, although pricey! 70 dollars including tip for 2 people! Best scrambled egg I've ever tasted in my Breakfast Burrito though 😋

Great place to stay before or after a cruise.

Had to book at the last minute after original property fail though. Front desk was very accommodating, fast, and pleasant.

For the money that we spent the rooms were small, in my opinion it was not above average. Not too bad, but the hotel is great either. I am glad that I had the experience.

The rooms are way overpriced for the value of the hotel. It served the purpose that I needed it to serve for that particular trip. TSA was at our finger tips and we needed to visit that office. I am not spending that amount of money for a one night stay anymore. Almost price gauging in my opinion.

Es costoso, pero por la ubicación fue una excelente opción para la noche previa a nuestro vuelo. La cama era cómoda, aunque las almohadas no tanto. Por el precio me lo imaginaba un poco más lujoso, pero está bien y cumple con lo básico.

El desayuno (pagado aparte) me parece que no estaba a la altura de su valor, pero de todas formas hay opciones variadas.

Very nice room with balcony, overlooking the airport but no noise. Everything looked new, great bathroom.

They are willing and able to give professional assistance when needed.

I have mobility problems and the Hyatt staff was very helpful. After we checked in, I became ill and the staff quickly called paramedics and I was taken to the hospital. We had to extend our stay for two days and the staff kept us in the same room the whole time. 5 star service!

Location, Location, Location

The Hyatt at the Orlando airport is one of the easiest hotels to check into, no wait and they are quick to get you on your way. The location is why we stay here, our room always overlooks airport security to know if the line is building or if we have a bit longer to get ready. We will continue to stay here the night before our flight out of Orlando in the future.

Un excellent hôtel

Un hotel parfait pour son emplacement, le confort des chambres et l'amabilité du personnel à l'accueil. La chambre a été prête plus tôt et nous avons été autorisés à l'occuper bien avant 16h. Nous n'y avons passé qu'une nuit et n'avons pas pu juger le petit-déjeuner car notre vol était tres tôt le lendemain. C'est la solution idéale pour ne pas rater son avion..De plus l'insonorisation est excellente et permet un sommeil de qualité.

just a small detail, shower water pressure could be better. The hotel restaurant/bar closing time at 12:00 am. At 11:20, the lady already said that food was just for taking away.
