Pleasant stay. Friendly service. Great value.

Friendly service: front desk was always quick to accommodate and with a smile. Breakfast: better than expected which on a daily included sausages, eggs, fresh waffles, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruits, juices, milk, coffee and then a rotation of seasoned potatoes or biscuits w/ gravey every other day. I appreciated the basic room amenities such as the mini fridge, mini coffee machine (not very clean though), microwave, hair dryer, iron w/board (board cover was stained). Facility amenities that I was surprised to see were washer/dryer ($4 per), convenient vending machines (snacks, drinks, medicine, detergent, etc), small cozy pool (up to 5ft). I loved the fact this facility was no-smoking.

Overall, I was very happy with our stay, but I want to mention a few things that were not to my liking or something that can be improved on. All rooms' entrances are straight from the outside which I did not expect. Our room especially was awkward because it was right in front of the parking lot to the entrance to the Inn so it seemed like everyone was watching you go in and out of your room. There are 3 floors. There is an elevator. The room's TV was a bit small and outdated. One of the queen beds in our room was squeaky/springy. The room was a bit dingy and dusty that we had to do an extra wipe down. The room's AC was right next to one of the beds so whoever slept in that bed suffered the cold air being in their face. They had an adequate gym, but it was hard to enjoy a workout with a very noisy AC.

O café da manhã bem fraquinho, nem pão tinha. Pra quem vai na Disney vale a pena porque o hotel fica a 15 minutos do local, mas se você vai focar sua viagem em Los Angeles e nas praias o hotel fica longe.

This is the second time a number of our family members traveled in from separate states for a Memorial Service. We love helpful staff, price, clean room & comfortable bed, great breakfast selections. Location is in center of all our family who live in O.C. Thank you!

I'm very short. Bed is too high for me. Need a stool, or lower beds in some rooms.

A comfortable and safe home base for my journey.

The facilities are extremely clean and the staff are happy to help! The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms are nice and spacious with excellent showers. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were a nice addition! The location is back in an industrial zone but there are some food options nearby and breakfast every morning!

Big parking lot. Nice staff. Worth it just to spend the night. Didn’t get the chance to check out the other facilities but breakfast was nice.

Bathrooms were not very clean. There were a few bugs and not sure if the floor or tub had been cleaned recently.

location was very convenient. I checked in a little later around 8:30 pm almost and was greeted by such a friendly face! I forgot the name of the male receptionist, young and Hispanic very pleasant 10/10. the check in went so smoothly & following other needs I inquired for my stay. excellent customer service! Will stay again.

Inn was about as expected for age and room was comfortable. Location is good for business and a little far from shops and restaurants. Staff are excellent ,especially breakfast staff . Awesome breakfast -better than expected. Thankyou.

The room was big, spacious. The lady were cleaning the room very nice after each day. You had a nice view towards the mountains in the morning. Wifi was good. Something easy to eat every morning. Coffee and cookies most of the times available in the reception.

Everything was fine until cockroaches started to invade the bathroom every night. They were also on the hotel hallway. There is nothing much in close proximity of walking except a 7-eleven and a fast food. Everything else is 2-3 miles away.

Good value for your money and friendly staff

Breakfast is basic and the same everyday but if you stay 1-4 days you wont get tired of it and that's fine, rooms are fine but if you have a laud neighbor next door you would hear everything they say, then again for the money you pay for a room in LA area its fine and its a good value and my bed was ok also and sheets were washed and clean. Overall under $100.00 a day go for it because you wont find anything cheaper with breakfast except low rated Motels
