Location and parking and the huge shower
Tacky decor. Bed was way to soft. Mini fridge was quite mini and the knob was broken on the fridge to control the temperature so our food froze in it.

Very nice hotel in a very convenient location with easy access to various place both in and out of the city. There were so many places to eat in the area.
The hotel was lovely and the staff were very helpful. My wife loved the spa tub in the room.
The pillows were amazing, so full and fluffy.
There is nothing I didn't like.

Comfy bed
Our Jacuzzi tub didn't work in our room so we called the front desk and were told they'd be right down to check it out. Waited almost 2 hours for them to make us pack up to move rooms after we had already settled in. The "honeymoon suite" they moved us to was not clean at all. There was garbage under the "fake" dresser(all drawers in the room were glued shut", all kinds of dust on the air conditioner, a hair tye under the bed, and stains on the walls and chairs. The curtain holders were broken and falling out of the wall and half the outlets were loose. The jets in the tub had VERY low pressure and were pretty much useless, other than being extremely loud. Will never go back.

Convenient location! A lot of shops and restaurants close by. My daughter enjoyed taking selfie pics inside your establishment for her social media.

There could have been more choices.

This place has a lovely unique vintage charm. Stayed in a room with jacuzzi. Yes it’s a lil old and the furniture is dated but that’s what I love and search for when picking a hotel. If u want a boring hotel go somewhere else. No weird smells in our room which can be an issue with these types of places. The bed was very soft and squishy but we slept great. Comfortable room, I would stay here again I think it’s gorgeous .
Sure the carpets old and there was some random stains on the wall. But I can overlook that. Our window was into the lobby which is kind of odd .

The staff was really great and the hotel is so pretty.
The cold water knob on the jacuzzi was broke off, we had to use pliers to turn it. The phone jack in the wall was missing, it was just a hole. We had to use cell phone to call down to front desk. It said included breakfast but there was only a cafe open that you had to pay for. And lastly - a guy was pounding on our door at 9am saying "Housekeeping" and when we didn't answer because we were sleeping, he tried to open our door.

Location
The choice of the continental breakfast was awful. Give me a $10 voucher and everything was around eight dollars. No taste people serving you not cook cold process food.

Staff
Lobby, staff area, walking around looked very clean downstairs when you come in etc.
The towel rack fell off in room 353 when I took towel off the bar. Called front desk no maintenance until next day. The money I pay I don't expect that at all.
The chair that was in my room was green had dark spots on it, of course spills, and wear and tear. I didn't want to sit in the chair at all.
The chair at the desk in the room right front leg of chair is almost coming off.
Behind the green sitting chair In the room the wall needs to be touched up, which again is ridiculous maintenance should be doing walk through of these rooms.
Around the jacuzzi tub needs to be painted all around the tub.
Back of bathroom door looks like blood dried up on door at the bottom.
I wasn't happy with what I saw while staying for 3 days. Again it's beautiful leading up to the room it should be the same affect in the room that you get when walking through the hotel.
Not satisfied at all.

Needs painting around jacuzzi at the bottom all around tub.

The money for these rooms, it wasn't worth it to me.
