Prior to check in, I called spoke to Carolina, she was very nice and helpful, Good location, Nice Loby, partial covered garage parking, my kids room had pool/city view.
Front reception, Marissa did not provide good customer service (she was not polite at all), the hallway window on the 4th floor was open the entire time, it was raining, very cold, I mentioned to the cleaning lady, said they need to fix it (but they didn't). There was a noise (AC or loud machine sound by our room)

Clean rooms
After 14 days stay The hotel charges for two bottles of water per day, but if they were placed in the fridge, two bottles are complimentary for the day, and any additional bottles cost 5$

The staff was excellent
Our room had no heat and it was cold the first night the rest of the week after they fixed, we had no air at all ☹️

Amenities are old fashioned, overnight (self) parking very expensive, parking lot dirty. Rooms need clearly to be remodeled.

Really nice hotel overall, in fact it's much nicer than the photos in my opinion.
There are lots of amenities and it seemed to be a big hotel for both business travellers and for special family occasions.
If staying in the Costa Mesa/Newport Beach area again, I'm going to come here for sure.
I thought parking was too expensive, but this is the case with lots of hotels in California these days.

Right where I needed to be. Walk to food, shops, restaurants! OR less than $9 Uber ride to where I needed to be.

The hotel itself is nice, you can tell its main source of income is likely conventions. It was a good location, close to the mall and OC Fair (which is why we were there)
The hotel feels damp. I can't explain it but if they did a mold inspection, I can almost guarantee it would come back positive. The room and bathroom were rundown and old.

Elevators worked well
The price of parking. The power outage. The sheets in the hallway. No free breakfast I couldn’t stand to be on the lobby, the music and musical pitches were horrible.

Great location, friendly staff, clean room comfortable bed. I had a great stay
Just a little bit of a long wait to check in.
7.0
The cleanliness and beautiful lobby
Rooms were overpriced especially being the room decor was outdated. The daily parking price was also steep for the location. The late night check in was odd as the night person was not welcoming.

I enjoyed the scenery, food, staff, and the services provided.

Was a nice place, everything clean, friendly staff.
The parking is paid only (though validated by a friendly employee). The “king deluxe” room was just ok, nothing special. No service at the bar in the lobby in the evening, too bad.
