Quedamos muy satisfechos en noviembre vamos de nuevo para allá y estamos pesando en hospedarnos ahí de nuevo

Estaba muy limpio todo, el desayuno estaba muy bien y las personas que estaban atendiendo eran muy amables! Tuve un problema con mi cuarto pero me resolvieron rápido. Y el hombre que estaba en recepción sabía poco español pero me atendió súper amable

Please refund the charge for my room, because I was never given a functioning room I had reserved.

Location to the place that required me to have a hotel room.

It took me 2 hours to get checked in. The first room given to me - the air conditioning would not work to cool the room, I changed rooms. 2nd room: An hour later I wanted to lower the dark shades so no one could see through the window in my room, The shades would NOT lower, the mechanism was not working. I had to change to a 3rd room. There was no lamp on the table for lighting so that I could see while reading and doing business. Also, my initial room request was for a handicap bathroom. Only the 1st room had that capacity, but that was the room that was hot because the air conditioning was not working. So I was not given a room with a handicap bathroom, The whole process of settling in a room and then needing to change rooms added strain and exhaustion to my day that I already had traveling to get there.

Good value

The location was excellent because it was near an event I was attending. The breakfast was great, I especially enjoyed the Texas shaped red velvet waffles! We found good movies on the cable TV and the beds were very comfortable!

The atmosphere and staff was great.

The staff was very nice and helpful especially the lady that was at front desk the Thursday evening when I checked in.

Beds are not comfortable. Too hard. Needs to have softer beds. A perk of going on vacation is to rest which starts with a great location and comfortable beds.

Great stay but bad customer service

Clean and close to outlet and restaurants

They charged me for room I booked through booking.com that resulted in double payment $374. When I called the woman who answered was rude and told me I had to call back in the morning then just hung up on me! This will cause someone not to return. I have recommended this hotel to several people over the years and never thought I would be pushed off the way I was. I will expect my refund soon and not book again here.

Was stayed on the 3rd. floor of the building and whole floors carpet was stripped… Looks like construction side. Very unprofessional like.

Disappointed

Location was good and the bed was comfy!

There was a lot of construction!!! Pool was supposed to be heated but wasn’t. The breakfast didn’t look fresh at 8am.

Ezben, is not only just a friendly staff member, but it also seems like he's the only one wearing the company uniform and showing his pride in working with Hampton. Great dedication! The hotel is remodeling, and I really like the new design of the room! Planning to shop? Or getting ready for Black Friday? Look no further, this is the choice!

Some of the furniture seems to be worn off, especially the one in the lobby and dining room. The hotel is remodeling, with that being said, it means there is a lot of construction site in the hotel right now. However, it'll look great when it's finished! Also, the utensils for breakfast. it'll be better if they replace the styrofoam with paper material, it is the "Hampton" after all!

Unfortunately we won't be returning.

Rooms are large, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fine. The staff was really great, coffee provided early morning was definitely a bonus.

We were very disappointed in this Hampton In Allen. It was under "construction" so a lot of noise, two large dumpsters we looked out on from our room with late night "activity" going on there. The dining area was so dated, carpets stained and chair covering cracked.

Good location, good breakfast BAD elevators.!!

Breakfast was fine. The replenished the food when it got low.

The elevators were not working. We were on the 5th floor and my husband can't do five flights of steps. The elevators were turned off. The one was designated as a construction elevator but the other one wouldn't work. The desk person had to go through the laundry area to make the elevator work. Very upsetting when the elevator wasn't working and the desk person wasn't around!!

In town to go to Allen Americans Hockey

The breakfast was good, typical for what you find in most hotels there days. The waffle bar is always a nice touch even though I do not eat waffles

We were just in for one night and had no issues.

Front desk woman was nice. Breakfast was very good. Room was good size.

The pool water was cold. The bed wasn't that comfortable.

Exceptional

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom could use some attention: ie cracked caulking, peeling wallpaper. Just cosmetics. Did not affect the quality of our stay. Enjoyed the jacuzzi in the room.

Price was high, but it's what the market is right now, so can't complain.

Great staff

The rooms were clean and spacious and you step out of the hotel and step right into the Premium outlets which was very convenient. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and always had a smile, greeting visitors in and out the door and also Ricky. Special thanks to the gentleman on the front desk after 8 am. He was an absolute star and I am truly grateful for his kindness! I had a great stay!

Great Room, Great Value

Very nice place and at a great value. Loved the fact that it was right next to the outlet mall. Very convenient.

The only downside was that our door was hard to open. I told the desk clerk, and he let maintenance know, not sure if maintenance did anything, but it was still hard to open.
