nothing. it was awful.
building and rooms were dated and dingy. they had rooms reserved for sleep studies as evidenced by signs on room doors. the breakfast was disgusting (the worst powdered eggs l've ever encountered). location is terrible.
8.0
The location was close to where I needed to go.
The bed had indents that made it extremely uncomfortable. The mattress needs to be replaced. The water in the shower would also not shut off so it ran. I did notify the front desk of this problem.

The front office staff was professional and courteous. The young lady at the desk remembered who I was because I had called earlier during the day I will definitely be staying again very soon

I travelled to Cranford with my wife and two children, and we enjoyed the hotel's ambience. The hotel staff were courteous, and the breakfast was pretty decent. I also loved the hotel's location, as it was in a great neighbourhood and easily accessible to the various places we had to visit within New Jersey. Aside from the old furniture in the living room, we had a great time in the hotel. I will stay in the hotel when I next visit Cranford.
The furniture in the living room is quite old.

The location is great, and the room is comfortable and clean.
The breakfast was ok but there could be a bit more variety in the choices.

The cleaning staff was great, liked size of suite and location
Lots of construction everywhere, cat urine smell, the furniture very dated and dirty. We bought spray for the furniture and odor eaters

The a/c was noisy in the room.

some stuff the maid service should have noticed. 1) smudge on the mirror. A BIG smudge. 2. Toilet seat not locked down. Only one bolt attached. I told maintenance. Me. Maid service should have picked up on this.

Great location with access to major highways and streets. Nearby restaurants and shopping center made it even better. Good hotel for the price.
Old building with old furniture and facilities. Toilet was clean but because aged showed stains. Very difficult to find new hotels in the area but this one beats some others ones we visit before.

The breakfast was good not great but the staff was really helpful to my wife and kids.
The room was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and it had enough space for my family for a night.
I like that fact that there was 2 doors that we could close so we can use our sound machines for our newborn baby.
There was someone smoking weed and/or cigarettes' in the hall or in another room and we smelled it in our room all night and in the mourning. It bothered my whole family because the floor was supposed to be non smoking.
There wasn't a good ramp from the parking lot to the main lobby to carry all of my luggage so it was a minor inconvenience to get our luggage to the room.
The elevators are a little small.

Experienced issues with locating my reservation at check in. I made it thru a 3rd party, but after a few tries, they were able to get me checked. I was hosting my pre-60th birthday celebration with about 12 friends and family. The size of the room, 2 bedroom suite, was just the right size to accomodate my guests and food. Reservation was made for 6 people to stay, but only three of us stayed. We had breakfast the next day (eggs, sausage links, homefries, breads, cereal, oatmeal, beverages, fruit, coffee/tea, etc. A good assortment. I had the sausage and eggs. I added some black pepper to the eggs and ate with the homefries; delic. I also had a corn muffin. Wish I would have grabbed another. My daughter said the coffee was good as well. It is a big hotel, put in a lot of steps. Some confusion with the location. Overall, it was a great stay.
The refrigerator was situated so that I could not adjust the shelves. That i only stayed one day.

proximity to family we were visiting was amazing. was nice to have breakfast included. staff were very friendly
rooms were a little rough - bathtub didn’t work - which was difficult. my 67 year old mother stayed in another room and her shower head busted off. took a day and a half to fix.

The receptionist was very sweet, pleasant & patient during check in.
I did not like that I was unable to get an extra blanket. I did not like that I had to come to the front desk in order to get more towel & wash cloths. I believe that the staff should bring those items when you call to request them. Also you should be able to have your room cleaned everyday of your stay. The price was too expensive to not receive adequate services.
