The room was clean and spacious and the staff were very friendly.
The pool was closed for maintenance and it wasn't disclosed at the time of booking. Or at all. My daughter was pretty disappointed. If I had known we probably would have stayed elsewhere - there were plenty of options in the area.
9.0 / 10.0
The friendly staff, how welcoming the room was, and the class of the room.
Being next to the interstate, and the shower wasn’t clean

Great location, just off the I70.

TAC. Wasn't cool enough, too dry. Room seemed old, slightly dirty.

check in person was nice. It was quite and the breakfast was decent.
Room smelled a little musty, hotel in general needs a refresh

The man who checked me in was great! He was very welcoming and very friendly. The room had a lot of nice things in it including a fridge and microwave which was beyond what I was expecting. The location was so close to all of the food places so when we got hungry, we were minutes away.
There really was not anything that I did not like about my stay!

Location was good right off the highway.
This is a typical cheaply built side-of-the-interstate hotel with paper thin walls. As such, when the neighbors decided to stay up until 4 am talking and laughing like Beavis & Butthead (my husband complained to the front desk at 3:30 so I’m not sure if that’s why they finally quieted down), my husband and I got practically no sleep! I realize that’s not the hotel’s fault, but if my kids hadn’t been sleeping through it all (thankfully), I’d have been inclined to check out in the middle of the night and just continue our drive home since we were wide awake anyway.

Smell in the room was bad. Plus the bathroom was very small.
6.0 / 10.0
It was hot. Menu was varied accomodate preferences for a broad audience.
Bathroom toilets should be standard or chair height in all rooms not toddler height.

Close to Columbus and restaurants
Room had a musty smell and had to turn the heat on to try to get rid of it. I imagine the a/c units are never cleaned internally.

I really like coming to this hotel when I'm just wanted to enjoy my time and relax.
Every time I come to this place, it's a certain employee that works there. She is very rude and she's always like that every time I come. I talked to the manager. I understand she has special needs, but they need to work with her one on one because she treated me terribly every time I come.

I only used the shower gel, but the containers of products in the shower was a nice touch. Haven't seen that before.
The reception desk area is weird. The staff is behind this glass area, and you can hardly see them. They look like they're sitting in a hole. I could only see the top of their heads. Weird set up.

location was great
pool was closed, check in lady was rude, and the bathtub was clogged

Room was clean and spacious. We had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron and blow dryer, which makes it very convenient. Bed was very comfortable and the pool was open. They even had a little rubber ducky on the tub for kids. I thought that was a nice touch. Makeup remover towelette, little shampoo, conditioner, lotion and bath soap bottles. I like that they had so many little amenities in case you forgot something, which of course we always do..lol
The only thing I didn't like, was that breakfast was so early, that we missed it.

some of the staff were very friendly.
The first room I was put in the shower drain was clogged. Front desk said no one was on staff until the next day which was checkout so they gave me another room instead. I was happy with the second room until I saw the bathroom. The shower had black spots and the ceiling looked like it had been poorly patched up. I was in a rush so started the shower and that drain was clogging as well so I took all my things back to my car went to my event and drove back to Michigan right after the event. Definitely will not be back.

The bed and pillows were not comfortable

The location and the staff were very attentive.
The room was a bit dingy, but seemed clean. It seemed a bit less modern than other Hamptons, but it seemed fully functional and relatively comfortable.

Staff was nice. Room was clean. Property was a little outdated (decor) but neat, clean. Breakfast was great, the gal working kept food stocked and areas clean!
We were on first floor and it was noisey! Lots of slamming doors, maids vacuuming in the moring. Also, the outside door to the right side of the property did not lock which was a safety/security concern.
