With lower expectations this is an average room with below average accomodations and above ave price

The location was convenient with easy access. There is plenty of parking with entrances close to certain areas of the hotel. This was convenient for my pet walking. .

The room lacked usual amenities and features i.e. empty plastic laundry bag, microwave oven, wet bar, exhaust fan in bathroom and, small table with 2 chairs. There was only 1 broken down desk chair to sit in besides the edge of the bed. This room was supposed to accommodate 2 adults but no seating for 2. The mattress was uncomfortable and sagging in some spots.It probably should be replaced. I feel this was a below average hotel room with an above average price. Surely 2 cookies didn't cost that much. I also think $100 for a dog to stay is outrageous. This didn't cost the hotel $100 or anything even close. They advertise a pool but no where did they tell you that it would be closed to their guests during certain hours of the day because they rented it out for swimming lessons to another company....really?!

I do not recommend for anyone with taste and standards

The hotel was old and smelled like mildew throughout the building. There’s only 1 elevator which was on the other side of the building from our room. The luggage cart was old and difficult to navigate. If you have difficulty walking you may find this daunting. The furniture is dated and we were glad we only stayed 1 night as a quick pit stop for our road trip to the U.P.

Everything I needed it to be we were on a anniversary night out.

Great location near great restaurants and shopping. The front desk manager was amazing. The cookies of course were over the top.

The toilet seat was old, the carpet was old and stained. The bedroom needed new carpet

Horrible service with unresoved charges and inappropriate unprofessional behavior.

Never stay here!! If I could give negative stars I would! Incompetent desk and food service staff !! Messed up my reservation and charges for trip for funeral , When I asked for a solution to a $300 overcharge that was their mistake that was left unresolved , I said, "look we are grieving here for a funeral there must be something you can do..." Was told " no management on premises come back another day, nothing I can do" When I said this was not acceptable I live out of town, and asked for who to call... Desk Staff Gwen said, " you are not going to levy a dead relative against me" ...add to this no clean glassware, no coffee, very late room service... UGGH never again!! Hilton needs to get their act together!

Second time staying here. Love the hitel for the price and location.

Nothing not to like about the property. Bar staff could have been more friendly and our toilet wasn’t cleaned upon arrival.

Very friendly and accommodating staff--conveniently located, quiet, nice garden area to sit in with fire pit.

Needs some updating--comforter had small holes in it and bathroom soap dispenser was empty. Also, there were stains on the carpet.

Only had coffee in room for 1 cup each the first morning. None for second day. No more towels brought to room. Found 3 ice machines which not one worked.

I’ll definitely book again!

I decided to have a last minute pool party for my daughter’s birthday. Although the room was very spacious and clean I was shocked to see the hotel allow a swim school to use the facilities. The kids were still able to swim but felt like they were n the way of the swim lessons. They were able to enjoy themselves still. I also loved that checkout is at 12pm. We didn’t feel rushed in the morning. We decided to do some shopping the next day and the location to the mall was amazing. Ov

I really think the hotel could use two elevators. We had a lot of things going upon check in so I needed a cart. Our room was on the second level on the opposite side of the building. The kids had to take the stairs because once the cart was inside the elevator there was little room for me to maneuver it so we all good fit. The kids of course didn’t mind the stairs. Honestly neither did I but for older patrons having to walk from one side of the building to another with luggage from the elevator maybe a lot to do.

The location was good. The breakfast was decent with a good selection

The room had smoke smell. The curtains had holes so the blackout didn't work. Furniture is old. Noisy rooms.

Good place to stay for Cons

The room was very well appointed. Comfortable bed and chairs. Nice bathroom with GREAT water pressure. I like the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers, much better than the little bottles. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Very conveniently located

Location is a plus. Staff friendly. They are to ready to assist if you need something. They have smiling faces which is helpful esp for travelers who might have come far places.

It can be a little tidy in hallways. Our location has a door attached to another room with a child. They were loud and crying. It will be nice if room we stayed quieter without an attached next door with kids.
