As close to perfection as it gets, especially at such a great price.

The checkin process was quick, staff was friendly, elevator was close, enough parking, everything looked clean. Our 2 king beds were super comfy with lots of pillows and nice blanket. Bathroom was updated and clean. We had a fridge, which worked great. The AC was nice and cool. The room had plenty of space and a working tv. They even let us check out an hour late.

Very little water pressure in the shower. Not much available to watch on the tv, but no big deal.

They play the hand they’ve been dealt very well at Oakland Airport Holiday Inn.

liked the happy hour at the sports bar. And the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.

The neighborhood is dangerous, as noted by airport and hotel staff repeatedly.

The property location was super convenient and the shuttle service was superb!

Pretty nice, however...

Staff are nice and accommodating. Rooms were pretty clean and comfortable.

The breakfast food was really bland. We didn't bother to use our vouchers the next morning. When we first walked into our room, there was this stale smell. We got used to it, but it's not exactly pleasant.

Excellent!!!

Everyone was so friendly! They let us use the dining area for our late dinner when we got back from the concert. Staff was very accommodating and helpful! Everything was clean. It’s just a shame that we didn’t have time to check out their pool! But I bet that was clean too.

Nice, clean, comfortable hotel. We had breakfast included with our room in their downstairs cafe. Entree prices were a little high though.

Quick great stay

This hotel is a 3 minute ride from the airport. It is also conveniently located to the show we were going to. We loved the comfortable king-sized beds and down pillows. We only spent one night but it was nice seeing the k cup coffee maker and broad selection of channels on the television. The room was very nice and I would definitely enjoy staying there in the future if my travels take me there.

Superb

Super convenient to the airport, Perfect for my early morning departure. I missed the breakfast unfortunately.

TBH, it was a little difficult to find. Didn't realize that the main entrance is behind a gated parking lot. MIssed the entry the first time. Maybe if there was some kind of advanced notification with the reservation or a notification on the day of the reservation, it would have helped. Also, didn't realize that parking was an additional fee

It was DOPE!!

The rooms were very clean and the continental breakfast was delicious.

I love the entire experience. Will stay here again when I travel back to the Bay.

The swing shift deskclerk was very nice and helpful. The Hotel was clean and the proximity to the airport was great.

The rest of the staff was rude. The cafe inside was way overpriced! I'm sure it's convenient for some people traveling however I stay at IHG as the free breakfast is I what I would prefer. Its the draw for me. I cannot help but feel like this hotel has a captive audience (travelers with no vehicles) therefore charging unbelievable prices for the food. We chose to eat out. That being said I believe the Graveyard and the morning deskclerks are the reasons I will not stay there again. So rude.

Location, safe , great restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Comfortable beds. Loved the Dove products, for hair and body ❤️

A lamp wasn't working so the room was only lit on 1 side. It had plenty of light so it wasn't too difficult , but still when it was needed wouldn't turn on. Couldn't find plug?. East to get to airport for early flight. Shuttle was easy and dropped you in front of the airline taking..
