No breakfast was served. In fact, on our second day we got locked out of our rooms as they disengaged the keys and it appeared that everyone working in the hotel was missing. It took about half hour for some man to arrive and handle the 6 or 7 visitors at the front desk. Never again. In fact, a refund is in order for both rooms. Shame on them. Not even the outlets worked. If there wasn't an outlet strip dangling near the desk, there would be no plug ins for charging a phone, etc.
Everything. Place was old and filthy.

Everything was fine, except that the $50 deposit was not returned.Someone was smoking weed next door.

The outside of the property was nice but it definitely did not look like the picture on booking.com. The rooms were smaller than they looked but still nice. They don’t have a lot of electrical outlets, so you have to charge your phone away from your bed or move the bed to get behind it. The refrigerator was small and one of the blankets had a mildew stain. The toilet seat when put down had rusty screws on the left side and the breakfast was absolutely DISGUSTING! The hash browns were cold and undercooked and you have to heat it in the microwave, and there were no sauces, or ketchup or jelly.
The water is nice and hot for bathing or showers, but be careful because it can be too hot and burn you. But this was the best part because most hotels don’t have hot water. There were plenty of towels and floor towels and the heat was perfect in the room.

The location.
The hotel was filthy! The back door, that was supposed to be only open by a room key, was not locked. Our room was very dated and worn, and the towel rod was broken on half of it was falling on top of the toilet seat. The facility was so bad we didn't even look to see what they had to offer for our complementary breakfast :(
3.5
Decent bed, desk, and room, except for the filthy carpet.
Filthy carpets, consistently saw garbage in the elevators, dirty floors and debris in the lobby. Had to request housekeeping 5 times over the course of two days before someone finally came to clean. No coffee at breakfast and otherwise poor selection. Seemed like the place could be nice but was being neglected or run on skeleton staff.

Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was decent. Enjoyed the eggs and sausage!
The hotel building had garbage I the parking lot. The restrooms next to the breakfast room were out of toilet paper and paper towels and had what looked like blood on the wall. The elevator had what looked like vomit on it. The breakfast room didn't have anyone tending to it and was missing plates. We expected a cleaner facility, especially for a Radisson.

Great location near mall and Willow Creek church
Remote to the TV did not work, electrical plate missing on the wall socket

Had joining room and place family with small children in next room that kept pounding on door until after midnight and then restatred by 630 am, plus the screaming, normal laughing and carring on no problem but these kids just screamed next to door at top lungs for no reason, yes we could hear everything because obviously they had their door open to a joining room.

The breakfast was horrible! Coffee was out. Chairs were still on top of tables even though it was already past 8:30. There were no plates- had to adk. Waffle machine was broken. No hot food. There were twinkies ding dongs and rice krispie treats thrown on trays- who eats this for breakfast??? We had to leave without eating🙁

The bed was amazingly comfortable. Nice staff.
Breakfast was kinda lame, but the waffle machine is where it's at. Cable in my room was a bit spotty and would cut in and out

Location and bed was comfortable
Large red stain on carpet, no hair dryer in the room , TV didn’t work , though front desk person was relatively quick to help . Place seemed short staffed.

Very nice and clean facility. Room was clean and tidy.
The only complaint is that the bed was sacked out and needs to be replaced. Not the best night’s sleep.

It was cleaner than most of the hotels I have stayed at recently.

I got very sick Friday night and ended up having to leave early. when my husband explained what was going on they refunded our entire stay. i really appreciate their thoughtfulness when they really didn’t have to do that. I will definitely book with them again.

it’s overall price it was cheaper than being onsite for the convention.
the pool was out of use and not noted as such same as the gym and food areas.
the breakfast area was make it yourself waffles and something they tried to pass off as eggs and sausage warm but cold all at once.
the carpet in room 517 had what we first thought was blood on the floor turned out to be about 4 bottles worth of red nail polish so you felt that as you walked around.
the toilet flush Handel was broken and didn’t flush til lathe 3rd attempt.

beds we’re very comfortable
not a lot of choices at breakfast, and there was only a gallon of juice and milk that you had to pour from, worst continental breakfast I’ve ever seen.
