Good quality, good value.

I was looking for an inexpensive hotel at the ATL airport. This hotel was a good value. My expectations were not that high. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. It was a nice, clean, well maintained airport hotel.

Not worth it unless you want to pay $22/day for parking PLUS have another $22/day for parking come out of your i

Customer service at the hotel was great.

$18 breakfast was equivalent to a free breakfast anywhere else- don’t waste your money. Was charged $22/day for parking AND also had parking come out of my $100 worth of incidentals. So total we paid $44/day for parking. To make it even better there is NO parking! We had to make a parking spot in the road. Mold in the bathrooms. The only good thing was the customer service when we checked in and the beds were very comfortable.

Die Dame am Empfang hat sich für uns nicht wirklich interessiert. Sie hat kaum aufgeblickt und als wir ihre Unterstützung brauchten, blieb sie einfach sitzen und hat uns ignoriert.

Black Mold. Long lines and expensive parking!

The hotel was nice, the room was nice for the most part.

The bathroom was disgusting and had a scary amount of black mold growing everywhere. The room phone did not work so i was never able to call front desk for a few issues I had. I had to ask for remote control batteries 3 times for TV. Each time going to lobby and having to wait in a line to speak to someone (since the room phone was never fixed). Also when we checked in to hotel, there was only 1 person working desk and the check in line was over 2 hours long. We did not get into our room until 2am. Also this place charges their guests $22 a day to park here. If I didnt like the hotel this would have been a nightmare experience.

It was not my favorite place to stay.

The location is right off the interstate.

I was given a room key to a room that was still being utilized. The water in the shower did not get hot. Also only 1 elevator worked most of the time. Lastly the sheets on the bed were ripped.

It’s was okay since I’ve only stayed one night.

Lobby very clean & staff are very friendly. Also the shower pressure was wonderful.

The room smells like smoke from cigarettes and the bed sheets were very itchy like they had bedbugs.

Amazing.

I loved the location, the front desk staff, the decor and the amenities!

I didn’t like the the walls were a bit thin but it wasn’t horrible at all. Also, I had a piece of fruit that was in the self check out that had mildewed but I understand that can come from many factors. But when I brought it to their attention they immediately took care of me by refunding MY ENTIRE purchase! They were just a great caring staff and I plan on making this my place of choice everytime. Affordable and beautiful

Good enough for the purpose of the stay.

The location was perfect. The staff was friendly.

Knowing the prices up front would help a lot. I reserved the room for 2 nights for $200. I was told there would be a one time $75 fee. I also paid for parking for two days which I was told was $22 a day. So my bill should have been about $320. But somehow it was $427.

Not what you’d expect from a Sonnesta.

Lakeyia was awesome. Location within walking distance to different things.

Condition of hotel. Much needed renovation. Fleas in my room. Broken Tv. Charged guests to park.

It was dirty, it had black mold in the bathroom, there were many people in the lobby making noise at 2am, a rough crowd of people were staying there, I did not feel safe.

My connecting flight was canceled late at night and I was relieved to find a hotel room close to the airport. Checking was fast and pleasant. However my bathroom was not acceptable- staning water on the floor surrounding the toilet, dirty shield prints all over the floor, hair in the bath tub, no hand towels, black flecks in the soap dish on the sink, and a drill bit lodged in sink drain. I was exhausted and as it was nearly midnight I decided to let the desk know when I checked out early the next morning.

The first room was not clean along with holes 🕳️ in the wall second room that we received due to us needing it changed was even worse. Non working TV or Ac miserable 6 days of my Life. I will never stay at this hotel again nor will I recommend it to anyone

The black guy at the front desk was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO AMAZING!!!!!!! AND ALWAYS IS ... I STAY THERE A FEW TIMES A MONTH.... BECAUSE OF HIM THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I WILL STAY...AND MY FAMILY IS IN MCDONOUGH, SO U KNOWWW THERE IS A LOT OF ROOMS THERE...
