Beautiful Hotel

I like everything! the staff, the Guest Relation Manager . The hotel was very clean and the view was amazing very pleasing look around and my Suite Fantastic

Honeymoon disaster

Beautiful hotel. Awesome bartender 😎

We came to this hotel for our honeymoon weekend. . We thought it was beautiful, had a nice outdoor area and good food options. However upon check in, we were instantly charged $1009.00.. the price of the hotel for 2 nites plus a 300 dollar security deposit.??? (Yes. I keep receipts of everything) I understand taking a form of payment upon check in, but our entire trip was ruined because of that.. we had money set aside for food, drinks and to enjoy a couple nites at a nice hotel. By charging us so much upon check in ,it put a hold on all the fun money we had for the trip. Once we got back home and the hold dropped, the total charge for the 2 nites was $399. I hope this is rectified in the future so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Decent stay nothing special would not be returning to this hotel

Nice location, hotel staff was nice, relaxing and peaceful places to sit and shady trees in the back of the hotel , nice pool and gym.

Paid parking, lots of additional fees and taxes added to bargain I thought I was getting, paid extra for breakfast package but certain breakfast items had additional costs would not be returning.

One night in Atlanta for the Aquarium.

The hotel and its facilities are really great. The rooms were also nice.

I think the staff at the front desk can show like they want to help their guests. Not like its a job and we just there.

I enjoyed the room even though it didn’t have a nice view. I would stay there again but I wouldn’t eat at the restaurant

It was very clean and smelled good

The restaurant downstairs wasn’t so great, the food came out cold and it had to be sent back, the salad had more cheese than anything. It was just disappointing to spend that much money on food that wasn’t good.

Spit spot clean. Love the open feel with the glass restaurant pavillion. The staff were friendly and competent. We go regularly to Atlanta and this will be our hotel. Three minutes from shopping and various restaurants.

It is tricky where to turn off Ashford Dunwoody. If you turn into Ravinia too soon you wander around to find hotel entrance.

Th festivities were awesome..

The hotel and staff were great. The room was very clean and comfortable. The lounge areas where clean and very inviting. The location was excellent for food and shopping. The valet parking was great checkout was fast and easy. Will definitely be back.

However, it was a little pricey. There were no free amenities to speak of not even fresh water or coffee offered in the lounge areas. The restaurant was also pricey for breakfast and lunch.

If you want to be central in Atlanta, this is a great option.

The staff were phenomenal. Special shout out to Erica who understood the stressful conditions of our stay and was as accommodating as possible. The hotel has a location easy for shopping & eating out. The hotel restaurant is very good as well.

Super ruhige und gut erreichbare Lage

Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und mehr als ausreichend. Allerdings muss ich sagen, dass es verwirrend war eine Rechnung zu erhalten, obwohl das Frühstück in der gebuchten Kategorie erhalten war. Wurde aber schnell erklärt. Somit alles super. Der Garten ist traumhaft und so ruhig. Kaum vorstellbar, dass auf der anderen Seite eine große mehrspurige Straße ist.

Ich hätte in der Preiskategorie erwartet, dass Slipper in den Zimmern vorhanden sind, egal wie billig verarbeitet. So musste ich auf Socken durch das Zimmer und ins Bad. Sonst gibts nichts negatives zu berichten.

What you see is not what you get...

Excellent location, walking distance from the mall and nice restaurants.

The hotel's extra charges made this not such a good deal. The nightly rate seemed great but after all the charges at check in, it really was not a very good deal at all. If money is no object, you may find it to be about average. I travel to Atlanta often and tend to find myself here due to location and familiarity. I have stayed several times so despite my complaints about pricing, I find it to be a clean and comfortable hotel!

Breakfast bar closed. Would have like a room away from the express way, didn’t realize we had to pay to park until we arrived. Enjoyed walking in the garden. Dinner was wonderful.

4 Star more like a 2 star!

The housekeeping at this hotel was impeccable. Everyday they would clean and restock our room.

Customer service at the front desk were rude, valet was unprofessional, and concierge was non-existent. The room service was extraordinarily expensive for half par food. Tyler did try to make up for the horrible stay. It did help some, but most likely will not be back.
