Location was perfect. Next door to one of my favorite restaurants for brunch. First Watch. What more could you ask for? And the room was very nice.

Very homey and quiet, great location with friendly staff

I liked the size of the rooms, comfort of mattress, and location. The staff was very helpful

I wish the kitchen was better stocked. The room decor is kinda plain and drab. There was always a shortage of towels and cloths.

Absolutely awesome, especially for the price

I was actually really surprised with the property. My friend and I stayed here for a concert (the amphitheater is like 10 mins away). For $147 (fees included) we got a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite with a full kitchen & living room. It was basically an apartment with dishes & glasses and cook wear. It’d be perfect for a long term stay. (They even have guest storage closets in the hallways - I’m assuming you can rent them for a fee.) very cool. Something to be aware of - they have $100 incidentals hold upon check in, which would’ve kind of been nice to know ahead of time just in case someone was traveling with a limited amount of money and didn’t have a credit card.

The only thing I could note was that there weren’t any signs to direct you to the elevator and the hallways all look the same, so I definitely got lost leaving my room a couple times lmao

Very pleasant stay would definitely consider staying again.

It was very clean and the staff were friendly. My son loved the outdoor poor and corn hole set.

I wish there were more working washing machines and dryers.

Having two separate bedrooms with a living room and the kitchenette in between them work really well for our traveling situation

The room had no hand soap. They brought us body wash and that work just fine

Room was not cleaned during my visit due to staff shortage. Really would have been nice, even to have an after hours cleaning offered, if that was all that was available.

All the fees, park fees5$ per night, early check-in, 15$, and front desk agents were not very nice when asked for an extending day, so I went to another hotel. I didn't appreciate a 100$ deposit 😕

Good rates. Good breakfast for the rate. Good location.

No extra sheets or blankets for sofa bed at room, we were a family of three and we only had two towels at room. Staff not particularly friendly or helpful. Staff at breakfast was great though.

They didn't tell us about the 5 dollar fee for the car lot!

It was decent. My wife is not a fan of eggs but the sausage was good and she had the muffins. I however love the eggs.

Our room was fine, Just above us there seemed to be a family that was stomping and running, maybe they had kids I don't know. They seemed to be very loud up until 1 or 2 in the mourning. Also booking our room online we were quoted a price that was different when we arrived. They did explain the bill when we left but it still was like 60 dollars over the amount we were quoted.

There is too much traffic in the hallway. I also did not like the extra charges like the parking fee, and they took a while to return my deposit fee. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends and family

the location was nice, room was spacious (two bedroom suite) Liked that it overlooked the pool, that was pretty

our room smelled terrible. From pets?? it had a nasty odor to it. Even my toddler asked what the smell was. floor was dirty upon arrival - dirt and white (paint chips??) stuff all over bathroom floors. Bathtubs we’re stained on the flooring part. We stayed one week - it was difficult getting our room serviced. Made requests and they wouldn’t follow through. Gwen at the front desk is amazing! She made it happen and was just great
