Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean

Carpets in halls were spotted. I took a shower around 9am and water didn't get hot. I washed my hair and shaved my legs in lukewarm water. After I finished the maid.was in the hall and I reported it to her. She came in and ran the hot water about a minute and it did get hot.

Multiple charges

Room was decent. Like the Dove toiletries. Ac nice!

They charged me 3 times for 1 night. And did not get a call back from the Manager as I was told. Pillows suck.

Won’t be back

Breakfast was good

We booked with the expectation that their pool and spa and also their fitness center would be usable since there was no indication while booking that those facilities would be closed or broken. Very deceiving and disappointing.

Nice big room, friendly desk staff

Chose this specifically for the family room with sofa bed and indoor pool. Pool was closed and the sofa bed was broken. Changed rooms, sofa bed worked but room door wouldn't stay closed without deadbolt

Rooms were clean and well appointed, beds were fine. Bathroom was large and very clean.

Breakfast was gross, everything went unattended and was running out by 8AM. A water leak pouring through the ceiling over the breakfast bar eventually shut it down early. Too many loud dogs allowed in the hotel, harassed my kids in the hallways. Staff smoking cannabis on property. Not a safe parking lot, lot was constantly frequented by bums walking the access road behind the property.

Front desk staff was nice

Extremely dirty. Broken door lock. Broken ice machine. Broken TV. Dark rooms. Not at all the standard of other Holiday Inn's we've stayed at in the past.

Excellent very happy

Everything was good except calling us back on a problem in the other room we had. No hot water no TV

It was a nightmare and waste of money staying in the hotel.

I did not like anything at all.

The price was to expensive taking into consideration that the hotel was too old and dirty. there were flies in the room and a horrible smell in the bathroom. staff (front desk) was unfriendly and poor costumer skills.

its OK for an overnight stay.

breakfast was good, location off the freeway good.

it was a two night stay and the room was never cleaned, apparently the cleaning crew missed our room! I had to ask for clean towels.

I picked this hotel specifically for the fitness facilities. It smelled horrible and there were only cardio machines.

dirty room and linens ,gray hairs in the nightstand drawers . staff was arrogant and unfriendly. staff member acted bothered when we mentioned there was no coffee in the pot at breakfast .

Very good

I really enjoyed the indoor pool and how late it was open.

We ordered a suite and the size for the price was a bit small. Was about the same size room for double the price.

It worked for one night

The beds were comfortable and the shower had a good pressure and was nice and hot. We did not stay around for breakfast, so no opinion on that.

When checking in the clerk needed to answer the phone, but instead of asking the person on the phone to wait she helped them first. This happened multiple times while I was being checked in. My husband was returning the luggage cart to the lobby and needed to ask for something, no clerk to be found at the desk.
