Was really good until above comment took place

Good location. Parking plentiful

Restaurant on premises closed at 11pm. Young adults who were not guests were hanging out at side entrance after restaurant closed. Smoking pot in foyer. Security did nothing. Just sat on his phone. Didn’t feel comfortable as I waited for elevator. Not secured well at all

Confortable, clean, and convenient to visit Philadelphia

Confortable and clean, no noisy Good equipments This hotel is not far from a metro station which allows you to be very fast in Philadelphia downtown I do recommend this hotel !

Suggestion : to include a breakfast in the formula

A great stay

Quick and easy check in process, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was super clean and the bed was comfy. Plenty of parking at this property and its conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping and the interstate

Worst hotel experience

I didn't like housekeeper yelling on the phone while she was working Worst experience ever 7 am in the morning yelling and screaming is not appropriate

I didn't like the housekeeper talking and yelling and screaming at the corridor while she was working. My wife is pregnant and she could not sleep in the morning Worst experience ever we had

I would stay again and recommend.

The room had a nice appearance. It was well lit and there were room darkening curtains. The room was located at a side entrance to the parking lot and the ice machine was close by. the bathroom was spacious with large mirrors.

I didn't like the bedding. Bring your own sheets and covers for ultimate comfort. Was unsure if breakfast was included and where it was located. Also if there where any other amenities included, because the cost was a little high

Loved the cleanliness of the hotel and all of the features in the room and Dove products in the bath

I loved how clean everything was and how close we were to what we needed. The beds were super comfy and roomy.

Wish breakfast was included but it was very good!!

Excellent value for money.

The best Holiday Inn I’ve ever been to. Absolutely gorgeous, comfortable rooms and modern bathroom facilities (especially the mirror with bluetooth speakers and defogger).

All bathroom towels were dirty, laden with curly pubic hair. Felt like I needed a second shower after the first. Staff was very kind though.

Room upgrades, Dove products in bathrooms & TV size

The beds are too soft. My original room was a 1st floor pet room & I was not traveling with a pet. Also, the bathroom & shower visibly hadn't been cleaned & I was told that housekeeping wasn't available but, there was a woman sitting in the housekeeping office when I passed by. While they kindly gave me a different room, my husband who has MS & I had to pack up again & move to another room which was very inconvenient! The air conditioner in the rooms are very loud.

Very good

The location was good. The market next to the front desk for snacks and drinks is very convenient but a little pricey.

No breakfast restaurant available. The beds were NOT Queen beds the beds were full size and very uncomfortable for 2 people. Disappointed the advertisement was 2 Queen beds and it wasn't.

No towels upon request!

Nice suite. Good location.

I requested additional towels 4 times over a 3 hour period starting at 6:45am. I was told by the manager the housekeeping staff arrives at 7am and they would send them up. 90 minutes later I went to the front desk and requested the towels again. An hour later I called and spoke to the manager again and requested the towels again. I was promised the towels times but never got them. Finally I had to shower using used towels from the floor. I then requested EXTRA towels again when they make up/clean up the room. We left for the day, then that evening came back 11 hours later to find no additional towels AND the room not made up and cleaned at all, it was untouched. I requested additional towels a 5th time at 9pm (different staff person) and received them quickly. Clean towels are one of the few things hotels are supposed to provide. Not being able to get clean towels for a room costing $600 per night is ridiculous and robbery. I want a big discount for the inconvenience and my trouble.

I will be back!

Breakfast was very good, though coffee cups could have been much larger! Menu was small but adequate. Our server and chef were very helpful and welcoming.

The rooms were very clean, the staff was friendly, and property was in good location. they were very accommodating with a late checkout.
