Disappointing but the price was right.

The layout was nice, I really liked the combination desk/kitchen table and chairs. Having both a couch and recliner was nice. A lot of storage/closet space. Free parking.

Exercise bike broken. There was a smell of marijuana in the hallway, and the linens and furniture has a faint smell of cigarette smoke. Ice maker did not work and no ice cube trays. Couch had a rip in the side. Lumpy pillows. No coffee in lobby. I tried to connect my iPad based on the screen instructions so I could watch Netflix and it did not work.

Nur Kiffern ist diese Unterkunft zu empfehlen!

Nachdem wir 2 Zimmer wegen absoluter Zumutung ablehnen mussten (z.B. der Kühlschrank war derart laut am scheppern, dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken gewesen wäre) , haben wir nach der langen Fahrt das 3. Zimmer angenommen. Das Bett war bequem, Kühlschrank und Herdplatte zu nutzen, obwohl auch hier von der Schublade einem gleich der Griff entgegen fiel. Wir haben einen fehlenden Topf, einen 2. Löffel und einen 2. Stuhl angefordert und bekommen. Die Unterkunft wird renoviert, wir reisten am Dienstag an, die ganze Zeit bis Samstag hat allerdings niemand renoviert und wir sind auch nicht, obwohl Monate vorher gebucht ,auf Renovierungsarbeiten hingewiesen worden. Es ist neben dreckigen Teppichen, neuen Teppichen ohne Fußleisten, Betonboden, Farbgeruch, unkontrolliert blasender Klimaanlage, unfreundlicher Besetzung der Rezeption (hier insbesondere eine gehbehinderte korpulente Dame mit Zöpfchenfrisur) eine Zumutung seitens des Managements, dass die Unterkunft derzeit vermietet wird. Um eine neue Rolle Toilettenpapier oder eine Tube Bodylotion muss man regelrecht betteln. Außerdem hat uns neben dem oben erwähnten insbesondere der ständige Marihuana-Geruch im und um das Haus gestört obwohl überall Schilder auf "Drug-freies Haus" hinweisen. Die normale Zigarette im Raucherbereich in Anwesenheit Tag und Nacht von einem mehr toten als lebendigen, die Augen verdrehenden "Mitbewohner" genießen zu müssen - einfach ekelhaft. Nochmal buchend würden wir lieber pro Nacht 50 $ mehr ausgeben - von dieser Unterkunft können wir nur abraten - Kiffer können jedoch hin - die Schilder hängen nur - es macht hier keiner was gegen Euch!!

Cheapest local hotel that’ll get the job done for a night.

Spacious and had everything I needed. Staff was friendly.

Looked a little rundown, could hear others outside/around my room, one of the trash bins had not been emptied after previous guests, bed was not that comfortable.

Issues with the room were not addressed immediately.

The overall service could have been better. Problems with the room were not dealt with in a tomely fashion. I had to work hard to optain promised supplies.

Smelly wet room

Spacious room and has a lot of amenities. Fridge, dishwasher, microwave and mini cook top.

Room smelled really bad, carpet and bed felt wet, stepped on some dry food particles and nightstand was really dirty.

I liked it and will come back!

The lounge chair was a real blessing -- backache was helped tremendously.

Not enough light in the room overall. Didn't get a free bottle of water with registration -- kind of an industry standard, no?

Disappointing

Rude staff, gave us a room that smelled like cigarettes when we asked for a smoke free room. Windows on first floor were either always open or completely dark, meaning either total transparency or 100% dark. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

Good value for a suite, would consider staying there again.

Sonesta was a good value, with plenty of desk space, a small kitchen, and everything you could need for a lengthy stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nicely clean.

The facility is a bit worn down, and the elevator was iffy, even breaking down on our last day. Did not know there would be a $200 deposit upon arrival.

Happy repeat customer, will stay again when in area.

Spotlessly clean (& there's a lot to clean with a full kitchen, fridge, etc). Very impressed by housekeeping. Front desk staff were pleasant & efficient. Decor is dated but I don't choose hotels for their decor! Needed to use the iron & ironing board in my room for the first time & they were great, the iron looked brand new & was better quality than my own iron at home lol.

The shower water pressure is weak, but for the price & other plus points, I don't really mind.

Abominal!!!!

Location

The first room that I was offered smelt like a wet dog and was disgusting. The second room, that I was offered was fine odor-wise, but the toilet had human feces stains all over. I have pictures and videos that I will be forwarding to the state health department. The third room was the last room available and it reeked of residual smoking odor. I bought a Lysol can sprayed down my bed and bathroom and refrained from taking a shower since I was not sure of the hygiene level
