Decent. No breakfast and minimal concessions.

Our check in person was very nice.

No breakfast as the website showed. We had to go for breakfast at a nearby diner. We opted not to stay the second night. Also very little offerings to drink & eat for purchase.

Sonesta owes me nothing… it gave me everything

First, thank you to the wonderful staff for accommodating the early arrival. The decorations were wonderful and I loved the fact it smells fresh and clean when you walk in. The room was beyond what I expected for an older hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Whatever you have to do to keep this crew, please do, every shift was awesome and I appreciated them. Housekeeping… you are the best. Thank you💛

The location is little out the way, but there is a trolley to take you to local destinations.

Very accommodating

Sonesta was very accommodating to my needs. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! They answered any questions I had. They gave out paperwork with close by restaurants, attractions, stores, & things to do in the area. If I’m ever back in Arlington I will definitely be staying again. Also the front desk supervisor Carla called, messaged and emailed me to assure me that my deposit was fully refunded on the correct card! She went the extra mile and I appreciate that because most ppl wouldn’t have done that!

Really good hotel, in a great location, for the Arlington Area.

Extremely good 3-4 Star Hotel, Huge rooms with full kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, Super close to the major sports stadiums !! Some great eaterys very close by in walking distance... Really friendly staff, and a free full self service laundry for when you have been on the road a lot..... Defintely stay there again.....

I honestly could not find anything to criticize about the hotel....

One of if not the worst hotel that we have ever stayed at.

The only good this about this property was that it was in a nice location. Should’ve stayed at the Hilton down the road.

Our hot water didn’t work over half the time. If that. Our Ac never cooled down / hardly worked. The room was dirty and we all felt so uncomfortable. We contacted the office about our issues and they sent someone out to “fix” them. We left our room at around 11:30 Am and didn’t come back later until around 8:30pm. We had a whole day planned out already. Nothing was fixed while we were away. No hot water still and room was hot as hell. A staff member offered to move us to another room after we contacted them again a second time. At that point our kids had already fell asleep without getting to bathe. We stayed 2 nights and paid $320 for a hot ac , no hot water , dirty room. All they did was give us 83.00 dollars back . I have still not received my $100 refundable fee back yet. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!! Save your money and go somewhere else!!!

good value for the money, overall.

it was very quiet in the room, I didn’t here cars outside like I normally do in most hotels off the highway, and the bed was super comfortable. I slept like a baby.

there was not a free breakfast and very limited selection in the pantry area. the bottled waters available for purchase were very small and not a huge select of goodies for purchase.

Nice staff and large rooms but a little bit old

The hotel has appartment-like rooms with a kitchen with all facilities. It also offers some facilities, like spring water, a gym, laundry and coffee and tea. It is placed in the "entertainment district", a quite area in Arlington. Staff is friendly and helpful

The hotel has a permanent noise, maybe due to the heating system. Furniture is a little bit spoiled. There is a smell, maybe due to the carpets. The price does not include cleaning of the room, and they do not provide cleaning material for doing the cleaning yourself (this would have been welcome). There is no breakfast, and any shop is only reachable by car (but this is how it is in Arlington).

I loved the complimentary popcorn and the friendliness of the staff. They were very knowledgable and had us checked in quickly.

The beds were small. Pillows EXTRA fluffy and firm, only had 2 for two people. There were no loud noises and the AC worked great. Couldn't find the pool =/

cdid not liked far the 100.oo deposit to fall off it took 10 days my bank statement was saying pending in the mean time i am looking at my statement to see that it do not charge this is not good got other thing to do tell you the true the deposit need to drop off at check out like other hotel .
