Too nice for a Buckeye, great for all others

Walked into a bright, clean lobby, and greeted by a friendly staff member who was very kind. Off to my room, which was spacious and comfortable, clean and quiet. If you're in or around Ann Arbor, this is a great place to stay.

Pet Hotel that Allows Humans, instead of Vice Versa

OK, the hotel is nice but it is completely - completely - pet friendly. That means people on every floor and in every room can bring in their pets. We saw people walking dogs into their rooms on our floor and we went down to ask for a room on a floor that had no pets, but they did not have one. They claim to do a deep cleaning after pets stay there. We objected and they put us at their sister hotel the Kensington which is not as nice but has pet free floors. The staff was nice, the hotel is nice, but I cannot sit on a bed and relax when a dog was just sleeping on the same sheet.

I prefer a human being hotel that has a pet floor, versus a pet hotel that permits humans to come along. I am totally dumbfounded by the addiction to animals in this country: if you cannot travel by car or plane or stay in a hotel without your pet then please do not leave your house and seek psychiatric help.

The stay was enjoyable and will definitely go back.

Didn't receive our first breakfast included due to cook cut their finger and needed to go to get it checked out. The second breakfast was fine. Not the best that we have had but it was good.

This would have been our 3rd stay and overall, I would say that the cleanliness was just ok compared to the other stays. There was room for improvement but it wasn't outright gross either.

There was no microwave in the room. Also the mini fridge was not working up to the expectation. Swimming pool has too much chlorine in it to the point you will start coughing just by entering the area.

I ordered two eggs and there was only one made not two had to ask for salt and pepper didn't have a spoon had to ask

No way was there two eggs only one very disappointed service was not that great they were nice but not efficient

Hotel was wonderful with great beds. Would stay there again.

Great location near Eastern Michigan University. We were there for my daughter’s NAIA Cheer Competition and it made it very convenient.

Very poor

gracious front desk clerk Brian, he kept calm when we tried to check us in and his computers crashed, so he could not confirm our reservation, but took my phone email as proof and still helped us get a room

the power was out, the heater was not working in the room, there was no hot water, the fire alarm went off 3 times around 3am, honestly this was probably our worst hotel stay EVER, but given the winter storm outside we were desperate, way overpriced for $300
