Avoid

No room service, even after asking for second day. Requested no smoking rooms, all three rooms smelt smoked in as soon as open doors. Manager worthless, no water in pool, ice machine inop, continental breakfast a joke, power washing decks above rooms, one of the worse hotels ever experienced!

Decent stay, bad experience and rude & racist manager

Decent room with comfortable beds

Had a bad experience on the checkout day with the clogged toilet in the morning. We had plans to leave early for sightseeing, but had to wait for 2 hours for the issue to get fixed. I requested the manager for another room, but I was denied and the manager was rude and racist when I went back and asked how much longer we have to wait. Very bad customer service! Never going back to this place.

Clean, affordable, comfortable

Very kind gentleman that checked us out in the morning. Clean rooms, comfortable.

All was good, but I heard a dog bark next door. I didn’t say anything because of my own safety if guests were exposed. Same room of guests came in around 2a and were loud for about 20mins.

Motel did not come as advertised..

Room was changed from 2nd floor to ground floor

Working elevator.. Continental breakfast was not available, yet was included in price..upon arriving sign said no hot breakfast available, implying cold items were, but none..pool green with algae..garbage overflowing..light bulbs missing..mold on bathtub tile..pre check in not working, with one computer not working at front desk, check in not smooth..

Dirty sheets. TV didn't work. Pool was not working. Still serving a COVID breakfast. Literally gave my sunny d with a granola bar in a bag..... Overpriced. Weather stripping on doors was non existent

If your stuck and need a bed, sleep here. Otherwise stay at the comfort inn across the road.

Bed was comfy, shower curtain and shower were clean

Website lies about what hotel offers. Complimentary breakfast is a granola bar and a fruit cup, nobody cleaned our room in the 4 days we were there, the hotel is grungier in person than pictures, carpets are gross, front desk was not friendly and the pool was not working and was said to be out of commission for a long time.

Everyone that worked there was great. I mean when I asked for something or needed help they were able to support that.

It’s nothing to do with the property but I guess with where we chose to stay it was always noisy.

There's no phone number to reach anyone here. I was double charged on the room and I had to go to my bank to dispute the charge. The number provided by Booking.com was not a working number, Google listed number was also not working as well. I tried emailing and only got an automated reply. Besides that the room was decent for a great price n staff was friendly when I was there. =) just put up a proper phone number!!

It was ok nothing special

The person who checks you in was no there had a sign that said he'd be back in five min. It was more like 10 and I'm not sure how long the sign was up before I got there. When we left for dinner the sign was up again. There were a few things in the room that were wrong and we told him in the morning and he seemed grateful.
