Terrible will never stay there again

The location was great.

I had to change rooms 3 times. The first room didn’t have a tv and it also had a smell. The second room I was placed in was a disgusting mess. The carpet was nasty it has red Stains and also piece was missing out of it. Then the tub was disgusting and the room also had a smell. The 3rd room I was placed in was okay but also had a smell and the toilet was leaking. I mentioned it to the front desk but nothing was done about it. Also we couldn’t bring our breakfast to the room or we would be charged an additional price for it. That’s insane

The worst hotel that I have been to, and the manager made it worse!

Extremely dirty hotel room! The carpet was stained. The walls had food on them. The restroom was extremely dirty. The couch had tearing on it. The curtains were extremely dirty.

I didn’t like anything about the property… The front desk clerk was very patient, but the manager was a whole Nother level. The manager was extremely rude. She refused to hear me out and even hung up on me.

The price

The original room we booked at first entry there was smell of smoke. The tub was full of mildew around the caulking. The front desk lady didn’t hesitate to swap my room, as we relaxed in the room down comes a roach crawling down the wall.

Great for family’s

Great staff , It’s a nice location for the price the breakfast is wonderful and they have nice sitting areas for the lobby it’s nice ash.

Umm probably the fitness didn’t work at the time of my stay but they do have one he said currently getting fix so now I’m up 6 pounds lol but that’s about it other than that Great stayyyyy

Cheap hotel which needs maintenance works.

There was parking space right in front of the entrance to the hotel, friendly staff, okay breakfast. The room has a good distribution and space although it needs some maintenance works.

The facilities description includes a gym which was not available. When asking the staff, the fitness center seems out of order for no reason or no idea when it will be available. The hotel was chosen based on this so it was quite a disappointment. Our key stopped working and we had to wait more than an hour to get into our room again which messed up our day tour.

Great stay , kids friendly, Breakfast be bussin.

It’s a great inexpensive stay I’ve been going her for years and never had a problem lol and YES THEY GOT BREAKFAST. They are pet friendly with fee lol , but they have pool, fitness, and etc.I stayed with my wife and kids and stay was great overall Kidd friendly too , spacious rooms and etc

People on 3rd floor kids bumping like they in a marching band…I kno kids should be free but it was as if they was having a lil uzi concerte upove lol.

It was an okay stay, facilities need to be updated badly .

I loved the location on this hotel , this is one of my usual hotels in Houston

The facility needs to be updated; I've been coming here since 2020 and everything is still the same. Needs new tvs and repaint the tub, smells like cigarettes on the entire first floor

Uncomfortable, will never recommend or use again!

Bathroom faucet had black gunk coming out of it when I first turned on! Afraid to brush teeth at faucet, used bottle water.

Comfy beds, clean pool, cool AC, no bites in the AM :)

I had a business meeting at the Sheraton. That was a plus for me to only walk across the street.

I like the property had a little mall walking distance near by to eat meals.

The only thing I didn’t particularly like was at breakfast, the sausage links available was the worst and cheapest. I found everything else to be fine.

My room was infested with roaches some has eggs still attached to its body. I informed the front desk asked for a manager but, rep told me the manager wasn’t on the property and all he did was take a note of my complaint. Also, on one morning housekeeping opened my room for while me and my husband were still in bed watching tv. Didn’t knock just used her key to help herself! I also broke out with a rash.

I’ve stayed at better Radisson Hotels!!

Room was in bad condition and dirty found trash behind the nightstand and there was mold growing around the bathroom mirror!! And walls needed cleaning from food or drink splatter and carpet was stained with either red fingernail polish or worse… Over all I did tell management whom offered to move us to another room but I was checking out anyway and she did tell me out of fairness to the property manager that they just took over this location and they were going to be doing renovations and a deeper cleaning and inspection 🧐 so I would suggest staying there a year from now if at all!!

Will be fighting to get a refund! Run from this place!!!

I don’t even know where to start. I’m surprised this property is even allowed on booking.com. My 1st room was disgusting & that’s being generous. Was given a second room and asked the front desk lady to come look at it with me, she didn’t even want me to talk all the way in bc of how bad it was. Then she “upgraded” my room and after driving for 13 hours to get to Houston , I didn’t want to keep changing rooms and transporting my luggage, so I said I’ll take that room. None of the output worked, look, I could go on and on about everything wrong with it. It gave me motel/prostitution vibes. I have no idea how they are still in business. Anyways, I found available rooms at the staybridge (absolutely stunning) around the corner & booked it. I told the front desk lady that the property wouldn’t work for us and wanted to check out and she told me she wouldn’t refund me bc we “used” the room. I hated everything about that place! Even the Burger King in the same parking was trashy!

Disappointing

Location was great.!

Carpet was not cleaned, getting smell, and many stains, in room Seating chair got stained, ac vents are having chewing gum got stuck, Booth room hinge was broken, and it’s door was not getting closed properly. Smoking zone is at the main entrance, should be moved too far from the main entrance.

It was extremely hot in the elevator and the study room on the second floor…and the entire stay the person above me had a kid running around all day and night

Could have been a little cleaner. Our toilet seat was peeling the protective coating off, which made it appear very dirty. Not to mention, once the protective coating is peeling, it's no longer easy to clean, so it's not very sanitary
