Great stay !!

The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well.... refrigerator was cold and the bed was very comfortable. Cleaning staff was very friendly and asked if we needed anything even when just passing in the hallway ...breakfast was a very good variety and hot and delicious!! Thank you !

Location was good and hotel staff was helpful. Had a very nice updated bathroom and shower

Cleanliness of room could have been better. Every time I walked near the mini fridge there was a sticky spot on the carpet that I kept stepping on. Carpet was dusty in areas around the room

It was disappointing.

The water is never hot!! Never. When I take a shower there should be steam on the mirror. It shouldn't take 30i minutes for the water to get warm. It only stays warm. When it's cold outside a hot bath or a hot shower would be nice. Considering my main reason for staying is because where I live there is no bathtub!! Then to be told that it's cold outside and it takes longer for the water to get hot. It never gets hot. Seems to me there more worried about someone destroying there room and explaining why there holding your card. I've stayed at this hotel many times and should be treated a little bit more like a valued customer.

cheyanne at the front desk was amazing! thank you

the location is quiet, very easy to relax. the free breakfast is also pretty good. had a ball making our own pancakes. the Cinnabon were really good and fresh. the staff was polite and extremely helpful throughout our entire stay

our first room had ants on 1 dresser that wouldn’t stay away. our second room was the same room type but the bathroom was a little tight

Didn't like that the hot tub was not advertised as seasonal. Was disappointed not to be able to unwind in it.

Overall, the breakfast was good and it served its purpose.

It served its purpose for our family to travel for my daughter’s graduation.

When we arrived we were told we didn’t purchase 2 rooms. Then we were they found our reservation because it was under another name. It was just a hassle.
