Bad ……over paid 620 for 2 nights and to get a construction site on entering!!!!

I think they should state that they are under construction prior to booking so we could’ve been aware and make our choic

They tried to take the total payment for the room at 2am but check in wasn’t until 4pm. They were under construction and didn’t say that before I booked. We could hear them working the whole time. The workers were playing music so loud that we could hear it too. Due to construction there weren’t many parking spots. We were told we could park in another lot but they couldn’t be sure that our car wouldn’t be towed.

This facility is located in a great location, on the strip and in the middle of many venues

We had stayed here before and liked the motel, however we were greatly disappointed in this visit. Our room was very small, much smaller than we had anticipated. The elevator nearest to our room was out of service, the toasted in the dining area was out of service, no orange juice. With so many visitors, the dining area had no place to sit to eat. We went down the last morning at 6:15 and found no where to eat our breakfast, we left and went to a restaurant

It was conveniently located and very nice facilities. They had an awesome breakfast included, coffee bar at all hours and changed our room to a lower level for more convenience for my 90 year old mom.

Good for a quick trip, wouldn’t want to stay more than a couple days because of how uncomfortable the bed is

excellent location. walking distance from several attractions pool is nice, but kinda hard to find

the bed was so hard I was convinced I was sleeping on the sidewalk the TV didn’t work when we got in but we figured it out ourselves

It was a nice quiet stay, but we were kind of disappointed in the quality of the location seeing as it was a Holiday Inn

The staff was very nice. We liked that it had a balcony as the weather was unseasonably warm. It was very clean.

The security feature that requires a key card to get into the outside door was broken and it was a very secluded in the rear. There was no microwave in the room. A few items in the room needed repaired or replaced. The office chair and ottoman were damaged. There were weird spots above the bed on the ceiling. The tub had some caulk hanging down and it was kinda mildewed. Whereas, we liked the seclusion, it was kinda weird being so close to the dumpsters.

it was a great location. The room was clean.

The heater in our room made a noise every time it cut off that sounded like a cat was in it. obviously the motor is going out but it was an annoying sound to hear all night long. The leather ottoman was so worn that the leather was hanging off and falling off all over the place. The bathroom faucet was splashing water all over the sink. Every time you turned it on to wash your hands it was going behind the Faucet. The shower faucet needed to be replaced as well. It was worn and just practically spinning so it was hard to control the temperature of the water in the shower.
