Everything was good.
Staff was ok, but not real attentive. Did not followup on request like they said they would on more than 1 occassion.

The price was a bit high for 1 night, especially for a mid week stay.

I like that the room was decently sized, and the staff were very accommodating to our room change when our first room wasn’t very cleanly.
What i didn’t like was upon arriving to my room and being settled for an hour and a half, I decided to give my daughter a much needed bath. As I was turning on the water I noticed little brown chunks in the water. Upon further inspection I noticed that there was human feces stuffed and pushed down the drain of the bathtub. I called the front desk to report what I had found and they apologized and gave me a new room since the housekeeping was gone for the day.

Nothing. Would definitely stay here again.

The location
I pay a premium to stay at the Hampton Inn. I reserved a king studio that was pet free. I received upon arrival a queen that dogs had been in. The AC was off so it was noticeable. We were so tired we laid down anyway after the room cooled down.

Comfortable
Blankets in our room looked dirty upon arrival, the city itself smells so bad and makes the hotel smell bad as well.

Looked nice. Rooms were modern
Our room had a smell. We had to spray it and wipe down surfaces to deodorize it

Good location, breakfast OK, spacious room. Quiet. Staff nice.
Bathroom had horrible smell, had to keep door shut so couldn't smell in rest of room, so bathroom had no heat. Reported it to front desk.

Ease at check in.
House keeping could have been better, no washcloths in the bathroom and 1 small bar of soap to use for shower and face for 2 people.

staff and location
According to staff ALL Hampton Inns are now “pet friendly” since the pandemic That’s every property, every floor, every room. our room smelled of dirty dogs. UNACCEPTABLE! NO PET FREE ROOMS OR FLOORS.
I asked to look at two other rooms before settling for the room we had. Also dirty smelly dog odors. UNACCEPTABLE!
Was told that corporate HQ said everything, every room to be pet friendly. That means pet dander allergic guest STAY AWAY!
We have used the Hampton brand for years. Never again! I’ll pay more money to get quality air to breathe.
