Was surprised that I had to pay for breakfast especially being a Hilton Silver member. Breakfast should have been included in the stay.

-Beautiful main lobby.
-Pool was in a good spot, clean and fun for the kids.
-Room met expectations (clean, had storage for clothing, fridge, etc.).
-Loved all the ZERO/o products in the bathroom (eco-friendly, chemical free).
-Staff was courteous.
-Short drive from downtown Plymouth, close to highway to head to Cape Cod.
-Good pillows (not overly big like in some hotels).
-Beds in our room were very soft (which others in my family liked, but not good for those needing a firm mattress for back support). If one person moved in the bed, the whole bed jiggled (we called them Jello beds).
-There were no recycling bins anywhere in the hotel. When I asked one employee if the city had recycling he said that the city of Plymouth recycled paper but not plastic (although an online search indicates that there is recycling for plastic). The hotel was giving out complimentary water bottles (which I'm sure many people appreciate), but this shouldn't be done with no option to recycle. I was able to refill my personal water bottle from the water jug in the lobby, but it's a shame to think about how many bottles go into landfill on weekly basis from the hotel.
-Wifi was not great in our 3rd floor room (slow, logged us off more than once), but it was fine in the main lobby.

It was under construction. The hospitality and free cookies are no longer an option and they removed the hot tub for a spin bike. It was one of the only hotels around with a hot tub so we could enjoy it while our kids were in the pool. Now that is gone and 99 doesn’t offer room service anymore. Two of our main reasons for choosing that hotel are gone.

The breakfast was wonderful and a lovely waitress.
We thought there was a hot tub. In the pictures online it shows a hot tub and that was what my daughter was most excited about. However there is no hot tub.

Loved that EVERYONE on staff was very friendly & helpful.
The room we had needed remodeling; the noise of the elevator, even the AC, was not helpful for good sleep; unbelievable that Hilton would remove their jacuzzi's & this one's pool was awful (not clean); could not believe Hilton thought their breakfasts, which were no different than most hotel chains was worthy of charging their customers extra for! So be it - done with Hilton's because of all of this!
